A nice hotel right next to the train station in Münster. The entrance is a bit inconspicuous.Nice reception staff (staffed 24 hours a day).The rooms were very clean, bathroom has a spacious shower and is also very clean.You have to get used to the choice of colors for the wallpaper and furniture, but most of the time you just want to sleep in the hotel. The colors don't matter to me.The breakfast was very good. 3 types of rolls, bread, muesli, fruit salad, cheese (4 different ones), sausage (also vegan) and many other delicacies await the guests.I would definitely try to get a room here the next time I visit Münster.

Rooms are very small! I only know something like this from metropolises like London or Amsterdam! No storage space due to lack of desk, not suitable for business!The WiFi apparently has an internal firewall or other content restrictions. Pornographic content is not permitted - I find that a bit disturbing - Why?

Very good room (541) was newly renovated. Design rooms. Surcharge 7 €uro per person. But very quiet compared to outside noise. Top. Bad: You have to make do without a cupboard or shelves. There were two hangers in the room for clothes hooks. The bathroom was very good. Just a big shower. Possibility to activate underfloor heating in the bathroom. Rooms are not cleaned every day. You can still get new towels free of charge from reception. Slightly squat lobby. Successful large modern dining room with lots of seats and modern machines. E.g. Butter machine releases portion after pressing a button once. Everything great. The breakfast overall is also good. The central proximity to the train station is great. Good

Clean rooms, very good location, good breakfast, but unfortunately different statements are made to different guests.Others were allowed to take their bikes into their rooms for the bike race, but we were not allowed to do so.You shouldn't sleep with the window open because the hotel is right next to the train station and it's very loud outside at night.For parking, it is better to choose the Bremer Platz car park, the night rate only costs 3 euros instead of 16 euros.

The hotel is adjacent to the train station therefore convenient if you have a late or early train. The room is interesting in the least, the colours are crazy but it is a good size room. My issue was the rough bed linen and the temperature of the room. We had to keep the window open.

This hotel offers by far the best price/performance ratio. As is well known, taste can be debated, but from reception to departure everything is coherent and appropriate.The rooms are adequately equipped, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is functional and modern.The breakfast menu offers everything your heart desires.The friendly and helpful staff are also worth mentioning.I always come back and what I like...

The hotel is very quiet despite its proximity to the train station. The central location is a plus point. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The staff at reception seems overwhelmed. There is a problem with the missing invoice. I was assured several times that the invoice would be sent to me, but this hasn't happened for over a month and several emails. Therefore no recommendation.

Never again. At check-in I was informed that I could not check in due to water damage. Then it was explained to me that everything in Münster and the surrounding area was fully booked and I was offered a hotel in Dortmund. I explained that I couldn't accept this because of the early appointment on site and needed another solution. Receptionist told me succinctly and unfriendly that he would then cancel my room. When I asked, he didn't want to tell me his name or how I could talk to the manager. Literally: You can try your luck on the hotline. I did that and the same statement. I then accepted the Dortmund offer (also Radisson) and unfortunately only checked online later and found 3 available hotels within a 25 km radius of Münster. So I was probably told the untruth. Good customer service looks different!
