Contrary to previous visits, this time neither the room was convincing - partly dirty, bed linen turned inside out - nor was the breakfast attractively prepared. I missed cream cheese and oat milk, the staff didn't make any effort to ensure a clean presentation, the selection of sausage and cheese was very small - despite the trade fair and the corresponding number of guests.I wanted to watch a little TV to relax and was very surprised that the channels were sorted alphabetically and for example ZDF was at position 99...Despite the comfort room, the "station around the kettle" was empty - I could only have boiled hot milk from coffee creamer in a tooth cup, but I couldn't stir it because there weren't any spoons available.There were a lot of little things that came together, so that overall I had the impression that the hotel was run rather unkempt and carelessly.

Good for one night as a passage with the family.Friendly reception.Free parking and close to airport, supermarkets, gas station and highway. We slept well and it was quiet.The carpet smelled very strongly of feet and the air conditioning didn't work, which made our stay a little more unpleasant. The bathroom door could not be closed.

Breakfast was a complete disaster. When we arrived there was no place to eat anything. Then there were rolls from the gas station. Room ok for one night.But it's better not to look under the bed.

It was the most ridiculous hotel I've ever stayed in. We stayed as part of a business trip, there is not even an iron in the hotel. We chose the worst hotel possible. We did, you don't :)

I was given a room with unmade beds and shitty toilets. They forgot to clean the room. When I wanted to change rooms, the gentleman at the reception was very rude and called me on my first name. The hotel is VERY far from the airport you need a taxi which is VERY inconvenient! .

The B&B Düsseldorf-Airport is located directly opposite the PSD Bank Dome (the arena) and is therefore ideal if you are attending a concert there; You save yourself the tedious journey back after the concert in overcrowded trains.The hotel is located outside, about 30 minutes by public transport from the main station.Our comfort room was very clean, a good size and had everything we needed for a short stay. The kettle and extra seating were a nice touch.Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet wasn't that good - the hotel was completely booked, so the rush was naturally high. Unfortunately, the HR management probably didn't calculate correctly (or there was a staff shortage) and only used two employees for the entire buffet. They could hardly keep up with the filling. Accordingly, the selection was rather sobering.If there is another good concert at the PSD Bank Dome, we would be happy to stay at the B&B again. :)

The room was perfect for one night. It was sufficient and also very quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Everything was clean and the beds were really comfortable. That's rare. Bathroom is quite small but clean and everything is there. Breakfast was chaotic!!! Completely overcrowded breakfast room. Far too little space for the guests. A lot of things at the buffet were empty and it took a while until something new was brought out. In the end there were no rolls left either. The three employees were simply overwhelmed and could only feel sorry for you. This definitely needs to be improved if the hotel is fully booked like on Saturday/Sunday. Here would be my suggestion: offer several breakfast times!!! Works in other hotels too. Especially on weekends when the hotel is full. Apart from breakfast, a great stay.

The hotel is directly opposite the Psd Dome Hall, where we went to the concert. The rooms are very clean, minimalist, but completely adequately furnished. Until then there is nothing to complain about at all, then the breakfast came... advertised on the website as rich and large selection etc. Sorry, but that was nothing. It would be sufficient! would have been if everything had been filled up. By 9:30 a.m. there was almost nothing left. The 3 displays for sausage and cheese were empty, not a single roll left, no plates, let alone eggs. It took forever until something was refilled. The last rolls that were added felt like they were from the day before. Let's be honest, if the hotel is full, more staff and goods have to be planned. If I saw it correctly, there was only one young woman there. The gentleman at reception then helped out. The whole thing for €12.90! Sorry, but this urgently needs to be improved.

We stayed in a family room, which was functionally equipped. The night was very quiet, but the morning was a huge chaos. The hotel was completely booked and it was not possible to try to have breakfast because there were no free tables or seats. Everything was very poorly organized, there was only a fully automatic coffee machine, no more rolls at nine o'clock, cold cuts or other things had been cleared away, cutlery was still in the dishwasher. The only advantage of the hotel is its optimal location.
