Please don't even consider this hotel for your own sake, the rooms are filthy, lacking any amenities, and the service is absolutely unacceptable. I've been already waiting for a month for an invoice from them for my business travel, it's absolutely baffling how something so automatic can be done so manually. I guess I really take automation for granted.

After careful consideration I came up with 3*..The room has suffered quite a bit since the photos were taken. I had suspicious handprints on the headboard of the bed.There was animal hair on my towel...The carpet in the hallway looked really horrible...The crowd that this hotel attracts seems to be…. having a particular fondness for alcohol...putting it nicely.Luckily the walls appear to be soundproof.The breakfast; I've never had worse orange juice, it tastes like sour water.The croissants were quite ok.The mini pancakes were good, but the maple syrup with them tasted very woody.All in all it was ok with our VIP price, but I would never pay over 60eur for a room here.Kind of funny that it says Radisson on it.

I always like to book this hotel, it's not the first time. The staff was friendly, if you are friendly😅. The room is completely sufficient for sleeping. Well, there is no safe and no minibar, but I don't expect that either, you have to pay a few euros more and look for another hotel. I don't need any of this. Breakfast: For some it may be strange to put away your own dishes or hand them to the staff. For me this is self-evident. And then the view of the row, super nice while having breakfast❤️Design: I love the crazy design, that's why I keep coming back. I've already identified a friend who always books the hotel when she's in Bonn.

The hotel is located on the riverfront & is a budget hotel...we didn't have any views...it's almost self check in...there is a lovely rooftop bar but best is summer...the rooms are small but enough...WiFi is ok & there is TV...the bathrooms are small but have the basic needs...you can have breakfast & pay extra but we choose to eat elsewhere...there is no free parking but you can pay to park at the hotel per night...

Simple hotel, cleanliness, well... hair from the previous guest and dirt on the floor. Parking directly in the underground car park possible with an additional charge. Breakfast simple, from 6:00 a.m

The hotel is budget. The room is clean. The mattress is excellent. Great shower. There is no bottled water. There are no glasses. Incomprehensible pricing. I booked it in advance for 74€. The day before arrival the price was 64€. I have not encountered this in other hotels of this chain. Is it not profitable to book in advance? The registration desk is combined with a bar counter and it is unclear where people stand: to the bar or to register. As a result, I stood for about 10-15 minutes until it turned out that people were waiting for the bar 🤦🏼♀️ I took off a star for this.

The whole building is overheated. No matter where you are (in the room, at breakfast, in the bar): it was uncomfortably hot for me. There's hardly any space at breakfast, it's very tight and you have to make sure you get a seat at all. It's better in Hamburg. As usual with prizeotel, the staff is very friendly. The location is cool (right on the Rhine and close to the city center). I will not book the prizeotel again in Bonn; in Hamburg again and again.

Very good location, right on the Rhine and you can reach the city center in just a few minutes on foot. We used the Beethoven parking garage because it has a super cheap night rate - thank you very much for the tip! The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and completely fine. Our room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Central location, you can quickly walk into the city, being close to the Rhine doesn't really help because the cheap rooms are insideRooms are a disaster: no closet, no real table, no reasonable way to put things downcleaning is not done (despite the announcement after 3 days)Dirty carpet, horrible room designShower ok, water temperature varies a lot in the morningChairs in the lobby and at breakfast were uncomfortable, typical “design chairs”.Rooftop bar catastrophe, there were only two other guests there with us who also wanted to watch football, the only answer we received was "Nope"

Great roof top bar, best location directly on the Rhine, direct access to public transport, within walking distance of the city center. Clean quiet room, good value for money. Unfortunately, check-in took a long time, the invoice was initially incorrect, there is room for improvement, hence a star deduction. Breakfast was extensive, service staff in the bar upstairs were particularly friendly: I was completely satisfied and can highly recommend it.

I can only confirm all the negative reviews. Never again, not even for 5 euros a night.Better to spend the night in the car.Staff listless, but there's hardly anyone to be seen at breakfast who isn't worth 5 euros

Modern, unusually colored modern hotel in a walking distance to the center. Bright, clean rooms, nice reception, good, inexpensive breakfast. Actually everything would be fine if it weren't for the fact that all communication was only possible via a central telephone contact in Bremen - probably for reasons of efficiency. This contact is never unreachable for days and emails are not confirmed.The central service is very poor, but you can't blame the hotel for that.Otherwise the service would be half a star.

Location and walking distance to the city TOP! Rooms very small, but enough to stay overnight. Those were the positive sides! Now the rest! The hotel is very run down (see pictures). The windows haven't been cleaned in ages. The staff was very nice, but totally overwhelmed. Breakfast is well stocked, it's just a shame that you have to clear a table yourself to eat it! Low budget is OK, but so low 😒

Rather a below average hotel. Service at the counter was rather snotty (and I don't mean on a first-name basis, that's completely ok), breakfast was practically never cleared away and all the ingredients were very simple, i.e. cheap sausage, dry rolls etc. - ok for a night on a business trip, but Otherwise you can certainly live better.

Hotel suitable for an overnight stay, room clean, but very minimalist in terms of furnishings. Staff at reception extremely friendly (at any time of day). Rooftop bar terrible!!! Except for the view! Breakfast a disaster! Better in every youth hostel! I don't want to describe it any further. Overall, the price doesn't correspond to the services. The location of the hotel is great.

its more of a hostel, rather than a hotel, which justifies its rates. it is one of the cheap options in the city of Bonn. so bearing that in mind, you dont get to expect much. been here 1 week, room never cleaned once, reception stuff offered apologies and complimentary drinks, cleaning crew came to the room at 16:30 (with an attitude from their manager), i refused since i was already back from my morning walk. anyway, expected basic amenities. book only if you are looking for money saving options.
