Very nice and spacious family room, 4 people. and dog. A table with chairs was a bit missing. But otherwise really nice.Unfortunately, there was a constant, muffled, vibrating, unidentifiable noise coming from the bathroom... Not for people sensitive to noise.The staff at check-in/checkout was not friendly. No eye contact, no asking if we liked it. We also wanted to collect the additional fee for the dog, €8 per night, twice...For us it was an ideal hotel as we were only there to sleep for 2 nights. We were out and about during the day. We didn't eat at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.When I booked, they had a promotion: if you book at least 2 nights you get 1 coupon (DreiWelten Card) with which you have free access to many attractions around. We actually used the coupon because everything we planned to visit was covered by this coupon.For us it was a successful vacation, we felt very good. The staff was very friendly and the surroundings were spectacular.
