The staff was amazing. Even in such a small thing as heating milk, they were very attentive.I forgot my rings in the room. Mr. Lutterbach answered my email quickly and sent the rings the next day🙏🏼I’d like to mention the hotel is really pet friendly. We were happy to take our dog😁

Incredibly good hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and feel luxurious. Service is top notch. Breakfast is really good, beautiful restaurant with terrace.

Upon arrival in the room we saw they had forgotten to clean it. Fortunately they gave us an upgrade and a clean room. Quick and great service!

We were here for the second time with great pleasure, and certainly not the last time. The host is very attentive, we have rarely been looked after so attentively and kindly at breakfast. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and if something is missing, help is always available upon request. A perfect place for a quiet vacation for hiking, cycling, etc.

We can only recommend this hotel. Approximately 5 minutes by car from Monschau's old town, it is in a quiet location with sufficient parking spaces.Instead of staying somewhere in the loud, crowded, cramped city center, it's better to be a little bit outside of it. As I said, it's not far by car.Very good price-performance ratio.Great, very rich breakfast.The employee was super nice and took care of everything. Thanks again!You can see that everything has been newly renovated and is really nice and modern.We can recommend it!

We spent a few very nice days in this hotel in September. Everything was just right. Starting with the room (suite) through the service to the very good breakfast. This was always carefully accompanied by the house employee, Mr. Lutterbach. Nothing was missing.So an all-round successful stay!

Very nice staff, always looking after the guests. Great breakfast, everything your heart desires. The location is a good starting point for excursions into the region. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room faced the street.

Decent hotel, ideal for visiting Monschau as it is only 3.5 km away. Free parking, tasty breakfast and friendly service. It's a pity that the rooms do not have a refrigerator, kettle or coffee maker. You can also enjoy walking through the meadows nearby in the evening. Funny: you are a stone's throw away from Belgium. There is a supermarket 200 meters further. The restaurant Zum Zien is okay, but the pizzeria nearby is not a high-flyer

Great, modern hotel with really great service from the employee Mr. Lutterbach. We received a very friendly welcome and the breakfast was really great. The room, actually the entire hotel, was very modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Reserved here in October 2024 for 12 people. When 13 of us arrived, the hotelier quickly came up with an excellent solution. We spent the night here with our walking group in 1985, but the rooms and apartment are now really up to date. The village offers less than years ago, but der Hirsch has a very tasty breakfast buffet that you can enjoy for days to come. Eifeltours thanks der Hirsch!
