For us it was a very cozy apartment. It wasn't difficult to register. The rooms are clean and bright, the kitchen has all the utensils. Excellent cooking facilities. The staff were very welcoming and friendly! Calm atmosphere. Friendly prices. The bed is extremely comfortable. Sleep is important to me personally! In short, a good place to stop for one night. We will definitely come back here again!

Unusual concept that suits me very well: living in a high-rise building that is used in very different ways. Centrally located at the university, very spacious, tidy and clean room with cooking facilities. Compared to the local prices during Gamescom, it's absolutely okay. Only telephone contact, but with an extremely friendly and very helpful employee. If you need someone on site, someone will be there immediately. I will definitely book again.

Absolutely shabby building. Entrance very difficult to find. Parking situation due to a construction disaster. The room was very dirty and smelled. There was hair on the floor, the shower was moldy, the carpet was completely wet. I only took off my shoes to sleep. Of course there is no air conditioning. Really cheeky for €190 a night.

The worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life , the staff where the most rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever met in my life , after the way they made me feel I don’t ever want to return to cologne , house keeping never came to my room once during my stay , my room was so small and the toilet did not work properly and also very expensive for 3 days , thank god I am going home

The hotel is on the 2nd floor of the university high-rise building and you can see the signage from the outside. An uncomplicated and short-term process via call and booking as well as a subsequent check in data via WhatsApp was possible without any problems. The check-in takes place via a machine in which you have to enter the data sent, which will then be recognized and you can pay easily and quickly by card payment. You then receive your room card and everything is done. The single room was well equipped and had a nice bathroom with a great large shower. However, the room could have seen a vacuum cleaner again, which is why 1 star was deducted. Otherwise very satisfied, especially the short-term booking was implemented in the best possible way. Gladly again

Hard to find from very nice room, clean and tidy. Unicenter itself is very creepy and run down. To top it off, we met Jeffrey Dahmer in the hallway at night, I can only recommend it 5/5 stars.

Price-performance... something like that.The entrance is not signposted, if you make it to the gatekeeper, it's ok.The building in general has seen better days.The room was relatively clean, one of the towels was stained and the trash hadn't been emptied - I thought that was nasty. In addition, the windows are closed and the heating is set to 5... Greetings to the heating costs.The kettle and coffee machine could also urgently need to be descaled.Thanks to the main street, it wasn't exactly quiet at night, despite the windows being closed.

It was a bit difficult for us to find the entrance. We were also a bit unsure when checking in and out, but the machine is self-explanatory. The room was clean and seemed relatively newly renovated. The bed was great, I haven't slept so well in a hotel for a long time! All in all a good place to stay for one night.

Not a nice stay! The “hotel” is difficult to find. It's on the 2nd floor of a fairly dated high-rise building. You can only get in after consulting the gatekeepers. The hallways look like Netflix's "Jeffrey Dahmer". Lonely long hallways with no people anywhere. And a terrible smell in the hallways! You feel anything but safe in this “hotel”! Check-in and check-out at a machine - there are no staff! I'm definitely not coming back!

Never been so disappointed in my life. Come to our room and it was dirty, not ready for new customers. Old bed linen and towels still on site. Stovetop is a joke. Cooling by fan. A joke at the highest level and I really pay a lot of money for it

Actually nice hotel room and nice, if somewhat chaotic, communication at the beginning.After we unfortunately couldn't get into the elevators that night, communication in the following phone call became very abusive. After hearing how easy it was to get into the hotel, I was then referred to as a “youthful pack”. Owner became very aggressive on the phone. It's a shame, it was pretty nice up until then, so I can't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located in the Unicenter in Cologne Sülz - probably the most popular district in the south west of Cologne. Transport connections and public transport right outside the door. The rooms are functional and well furnished; the kitchen, which can be described as fully-fledged, should be highlighted. Particular attention in this review is placed on the staff and management - absolutely helpful and there when you need them!!! Conclusion: location, space, staff and above all price TIPTOP!A little tip: if you're already at the unicenter, go up to the 37th floor to the public balconies and enjoy Kölle with a great view.
