Surprisingly nice and clean hotel. Parking is 4 minutes walk. But only 3 euros 24 hours at the Hamburger Mile parking garage. Breakfast room is cozy and plentiful good food. Would definitely stay here again. The signage is tiny and confusing but once we realized this was the pace we were good.

The room was clean. It looked as if it would be a nice stay but 30 minutes before the actual official publicised check-out time there were a shower of knocks on the door and when I asked who it was and what the reason for the hard and fast knocking was. I received a quick , harsh strong accent " you must check out right now." I immediately opened the door and responded to two men of Asian descent, who also knocked at the neighbouring rooms, by referring to the official check out time as mentioned on the website. But he denied it and I said that I can show you and I did then both of them said "OK went away and kept quiet. Ready to leave the room the same 2 Asian men were standing on the stairs and I was holding the keys 🔑 with the intention of dropping them downstairs inside a designated box. However I would never make it there, because the same Asian guy whom I spoke to earlier told me that I can give him the keys 🔑 so I did and left. Again I thought chapter closed but hours later I received a call with the message that the keys 🔑 had not been returned as requested. Never in my life having travelled to many different countries and cities in different continents have I ever experienced anything remotely close like that the keys not having been returned. It's an absolute sham. Either the hotel staff is not authorised to be there or this is authorised hotel personnel who is fraudulent either way this hotel needs to be reported and the hotel owner must be held accountable.

Hotel with no reception, need to call to get a number for a box to collect the key. Room and beds ok nice bathroom. Poorly cleand. Would not stay here again

Accommodation was perfectly fine and rock solid. Great for assembly workers.Parking is a bit stressful, but it's also a big city.Key collection via safe was great.Accommodation was also clean and well maintained.Rooms facing the street are a little noisier because they are on a busy street and there is a restaurant downstairs. But the noise level is within limits.

Yes. It's a perfectly good hotel. But; No reception and a minus point for contacting us via messages. The rooms were much better than the outside of the hotel, but it was a good place to stay. The carpet in the room had some stains and could have been replaced. However, the price for the accommodation was very good.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Milanos Hotel. We left after 5 minutes...There was no reception, we had to call someone who kindly opened the door for us 20 minutes later. The room was broken and dirty and after a complaint we were offered a second room. When he showed us the room he threw a large piece of lint from the bed onto the floor in front of us…He called the boss after we said we didn't want this room either. The boss, like the staff, was very unfriendly and said we should just get a third room! He doesn't want to give us any money back, now we do everything through booking and file a complaint.There was hair everywhere in the room, even in the towels! The room was in a catastrophic condition: broken and dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.We were also told that the dirty towel was ours even though we had just checked inUnfortunately we can't show images here because Google thinks it's against the policy

The hotel was very stupid staff was not friendly the rooms smelly there is no toilet paper the kettle is moldy the curtains are full of stains it does not look like a hotel it is very small and difficult to find there were not really good family rooms we slept in a room of 3 with 4 and had to pay extra 70 euros in cash because there was an extra person (a child) that is unbelievable outside the hotel there are all mosquitoes., spiders ew there is no reception to get in you have to call them because there are codes there was one good thing, the beds were soft, but not recommended, there are much better hotels for this price, just don't come

We've been there several times - if we want to go to Hamburg for the weekend, Milano is perfect for us. Cheap parking garage (8€/day), shops and subway in the immediate vicinity - the rooms are sufficient for us - price/performance is right. Would love to come back.
