Good central location but no air conditioning in rooms make it very hot in summer, and there’s a lot of noise outside if you leave the window open.Housekeeping opened our door at 9am when we were still in the room, which felt invasive.TV did not work and breakfast was very mediocre.Best thing was the close vicinity to the central station.

Very convenient for the train station and exploring Hamburg in general. Nice buffet breakfast included with mostly cold options. Very limited space on each side of bed. Some of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Others were a bit less interested.

Very conveniently located close to the central station, ideal for an overnight layover. Receptionists didn't seem particularly confident in English, but I could make it work with my (fairly limited) German. I was there on a fairly hot summer day, and while there is no A/C in the rooms I didn't think it was much of an issue as it cooled down enough with the windows open. One of the elevators was out of service, which created some congestion when trying to take my suitcases down from the 5th floor, but it seems like they usually have two elevators. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but certainly sufficient. However, the breakfast room was a bit small for the size of the hotel, and I imagine it can get busy if you're going for a late breakfast.

Good value for money and quality price ratio. The rooms get hot at night, be prepared to get sweater. Would be nice if they improved this. However, the location is perfect central and the breakfast is nice. Rooms are also big enough for three people, beds are fine.

Stayed in central Stuttgart for the annual Volksfest Canslatter. A very centrally situated hotel close to S Bahn transport to the show ground. A no frills but comfortable hotel. The reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient.

In the beginning I was surprised for the bad since is was looked like 2* hotel at the most. |When we arrived to the room we found a nice room, well equipped, very clean and big. …

Let me put it this way: just refurbish that hotel and you will get a great place at a great location. The hotel is located directly to the train main station of Hamburg. Best place to discover this city. …

Room was very small. Do not look only to the photos, check all the details before booking. I could hear next rooms, outside and corridor, too much noise in the room. Elevator door banging noise was inside the room as well. Room was very dusty. Window was leaky. Reception was very unpolite and do not speak english well. Food smell was inside the room every morning. I left my laptop on the table and left for breakfast, when I came back, door was open and nobody was around. There is no place to safely store laptop. And they are saying, they are not responsible for lost items. Bed was old and uncomfortable due to damaged springs. Hotel definitely needs maintenance.

Proper for a short stay in Hamburg. I stayed there for one night, it’s so close to the train station and you can walk though city easily. Hotel and the room was small and a bit old. Breakfast wasn’t very varied. There were limited options. Room was clean
