Very easy and nice communication with the hostel. Although my flight was delayed and I arrived after 11 pm, someone waited for me and welcomed me with a smile.Rooms and bathrooms are new and everything is very clean, there is a well equiped kitchen to cook, a common space with machines for drinks and snacks, washing machine and dryers. The place is quiet and not far from public transports. I highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff who introduce you to the hostel and facilities when you arrive. Clean room and kitchen area. Separated toilet/bathroom for men and women and looks recently renovated. No noise from neighbouring rooms. Lived here with family of five for two nights when traveling through Germany on winter holiday. Parking included. Recommended!

I’ve stayed here twice and spent about 4-5 nights total here. It’s a decently priced hostel - not close to the city center but if you had a car or like to take public transportation it is not a problem. The kitchen closes early(like 10 pm!) so you can’t use it - which was unfortunate. Reception is located at the sports bar. There is a small elevator to take you to the hostel so you don’t have to worry about lugging your items up the stairs

Perfect for an over night stay if you are looking for an easy going affordable stay in a hostel. Its very clean, the staff is great and you have a kitchen, showers and a compfy bed. It has none of the typical hostel atmosphere, so if you are looking for partying backpackers, look somewhere else. That is neither good nor bad, just gotta know what you want. I stayed here for work and enjoyed my stay and would dwfinatelly come back.

There hostel is very nice and unassuming. The rooms are simple and clean and the view I had in room 3 was beautiful. The bathrooms and shared facilities were just a little messy, but I only stayed 1 night and can't complain much. Very friendly service as well!

Clean and comfortable. Looks better on the inside so don't be put off when you turn up. Grocery store right behind it. Plenty of free parking space. Check out time to get your cash deposit back is limited to 10-11am only, which is a nuisance, but they say they will be starting from earlier soon.

CONSGuests are from a class with very limited economy. Obviously some guest the place for a "permanent" stay. Don't surprise if you find some with mental disorders.Women and men can be put together in the same room.The bunk beds have a metal grid under the matress, but they are too thin to hold the weight of a person in 80+ kg category. Therefore they bend and consequently detached from the main frame which they already had been fused to. This arises a serious risk of injuries specially for the person lays on the lower level of the bunk bed.Bath curtains were very dirty at their lowest half meter. Yellow and brown color show signs of bacteria and superficial cleaning.Handwashes and toilets has to be cleaned more often during the day specially right after the morning early hours.Floor wiping clothes are washed by the cleaning personnel in the same laundry machine as the guests wash their clothes. This is a very serious health issue in regard to transmitting diseases.The kitchen needs a better and stronger ventilator as the smell and sometimes smoke from burned foods in the oven fill the entire hostel.Lights turn off automatically too soon, both in the common area, bathrooms and toilets. If you don't move in one minute, they go off. It is very annoying.Not every bed has a night light. In my room with four beds, there was only one!There is a martial arts and a fitness center right above the hostel on the 4th floor. The hostel is on the 3rd. People in those centers start their training from the morning hours around 7 and continue to 11 pm. The noise they produce is horrible. I could not fell asleep until it stopped at 23.00 O'Clock the first night. Noise of jumping and dropping weights were the worst.Reception location and rooms location are in two different buildings, next to each other, but confusing for some guests.The furniture in the common area under the TV are too high relative to the table in front of them. Besides they are not comfortable.Charging power through electricity sockets is in very low intensity and it takes more than a day to fully charge a mobile phone.The elevator is dirty and very small.The hostel is located in a very used building.PROSIt is a lowest price accomodation place. Good only for sleeping over a couple of nights.Some decorations are nice to see albeite the low price accomodation.Showers are strong and the water temperature is perfect and can be chosen.Radiators function perfectly and are strong.Generally clean hostel at the first look, when looking at walls, floor, ceilings, windows, tables, chairs, wardrobes etc.Near the U-Bahn station (Alter Teichweg) by 5-7 minutes walk.Aldi supermarket in the same building complex right behind the hostel entrance side.Kitchen is equipped with almost everything necessary and is clean and tidy, but the responssibility lies on the guests.Good view from our window facing a narrow river and many trees along it.Quiet nice neighburhood, mostly appartments in the surrounding streets. There is also a little park near the hostel.Beds have sheets and are clean.TV is in the common area. Has 6-7 German national channels in HD quality.Entry into the hostel is always by a code at the door.

I was glad to find this location and stay for a little. Good kitchen and washer, showers cool, fresh linen and good heating. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

The location is good and the metro is near. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The personnel is so friendly and I would strongly recommend this place. :)
