Very central and very nice. A small warning during summer, the apartments are a bit hot and only have a moveable fan on them, no AC.Other than that, delightful stay. Building is absolutely gorgeous.

We had a great stay! The building and the apartements are stunning. They are also quiet and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and stylish funitures.|Location is great, if exploring the old town of Lübeck.|Kartollefkeller restaurant is just next door and Shiffergesellschaft is 1 minute walk away.|I'll be back!

Fantastic appartments! 6 people for 2 nights in 2 flats. Really nice vibes. Tastefully decorated. Mix of modern and rustic. We felt spoilt. In the heart of town. Everything close to us. Booked parking was close and easy. Instructions for entry was accurate. A well thought out folder with local info helped lots as newcomers. A real treat!

One of the best hotel I stayed in in Lübeck, I was there in November 2021 during the pandemic, the hygiene standards and the measurements been taken to keep us safe were top notch, the manager and the staff are brilliant. The building is very historic with lots of wow characteristics features, The room we had it was a loft, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and think of. We were cooking our meals nearly every night and the hotel itself is in a walking distance from the city center. Just book it and enjoy the experience. We will definitely be back to Lübeck and to this gorgeous hotel apartments.

I paid 2k for my stay weeks in advance and received email instructions with a code to retrieve my key from a safe. I arrived absolutely exhausted with my family, and the key was not there and no one picked up the contact phone number or responded to my emails effectively leaving me stranded in the lobby with rotting groceries in the middle of the night. Instead, a staff called me sometime the next day and apologized and asked if I wanted to return

**An absolute insider tip in the heart of Lübeck!**The Arvet company in the historic Arsenal building completely convinced me! The rented apartments are not only beautifully and stylishly furnished, but also very conveniently located. With attractions such as the Church of the Great or the Holy Spirit Hospital in the immediate vicinity, this is the perfect starting point for tourists.The special atmosphere of the historic building gives every stay a unique touch. The food here is also excellent – a real treat for the palate! The perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Lübeck. Five stars and a clear recommendation!

Very nice hotel, which was ideal for our wedding. Seldom seen such beautiful rooms. Communication was smooth and the room was decorated especially for the wedding. The parking situation is also very good and checking in via the code is extremely practical. 5 Stars!
