Very well maintained holiday home and has high quality furnishings. Leaves nothing to be desired. There are six of us here (4 adults and 2 children) and there are plenty of opportunities to retreat.😉

Very very nice accommodation. It's a shame that the "caretaker" left us in front of the house to hand over the keys. The garden furniture and terrace were very dirty and had to be cleaned by us. What was unusual for us was that we had to remove the beds ourselves. We knew that until then of accommodations. Otherwise the house was clean inside and very modern. Luxury was very important there

An incredibly beautiful holiday home with exclusive furnishings and a beautiful ambience. The owners have put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable as a guest. Nothing is really missing there. The house is very well maintained and clean. Communication with the owners and property management was extremely friendly and uncomplicated. We had a very nice stay.

Beautiful house, incredibly clean. Wonderful comfortable, clean beds. Very nicely decorated. Everything you need on site and more. Became a little home for a few days. Great location. It's close to the promenade and there's a delicious Becker nearby. Easy to reach and a parking space for yourself right in the driveway in front of the front door. We'd love to come back soon. See you soon :)

A beautiful house with a prime location in beautiful Sellin. Walking distance to the Sellin pier, with a quick connection to Binz. The house was impeccable, very clean and very cozy. The service from the Schmidt family was excellent. Very friendly and quick response time. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and would love to come back.

We were completely satisfied. It was a great house with a great location in beautiful Sellin. 1 km to the pier or the south beach. 800 meters to the supermarket. The Rasender Roland stop can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was tip top, very clean and very comfortable. The whirlpool was used eagerly, the sauna was not, it was just too warm that week.The service from the hosts was excellent. Very friendly and always quick response. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and would love to come back.Note on the better equipment: A hand mixer.

This is what a perfect holiday home looks like. It offers everything your heart desires.What particularly stands out is the large bathroom with the free-standing tub and the great sauna.You can enjoy the whirlpool upstairs, and when you sit on the great roof terrace, you know that you did everything right when booking.
