We've been there for three days and we booked the room for two nights. Firstly, they accepted our request and gave us their best room with a huge balcony from where we enjoyed the moonlight. The room was quite well organized with classical design which gave very vintage vibes. Breakfast was available at an added cost. As a couple, we spent our time as we wanted and one of the highlights of the trip is "Pension Villa" for sure. Thanks to the staff. I will visit again soon.

I would like to thank the staff again, it was once again a nice stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness is top and the location is very central and yet quiet. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and if you don't know what to do, the staff is happy to help, I enjoyed being with you and I'm already looking forward to next year. We'll meet Again .

I am very impressed with the guesthouse, which I have been using regularly as an overnight stay on my business trips since 2018 and have now booked as a short vacation. First-class service is offered here and the double room 11 is uniquely beautiful.The breakfast is really great and yes, centrally located you can get to the pier or the beach or in Baabe relatively quickly.There are also free parking spaces. I and we are happy to be guests here.Thank you very much for your on-site support.

Villa Frohsinn is super centrally located with free parking directly at the house,Ms. Krüger and her team are very friendly and accommodating. They put a super rich breakfast on the table every morning, and that is really recommended.The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfortable and you have everything you need in the rooms, even coffee and tea are available free of charge during the day, we say thank you and would be happy to come back.

Great service, nice employees, but you wonder which architect approved it or whether the owners themselves have stayed one night in your hotel. It's far too noisy. If a neighbor takes water or does the dishes, you think a waterfall is rushing through the room. Ventilation is also incredibly loud and if you have neighbors with senile beds and/or stompers above you, the nights are over by 7 a.m. at the latest. Not recommended for people who also want some restful sleep or a holiday feeling.

We were with you for 5 days in June 2023. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather, but we still made the best of it every day.We really liked it with you. Owner and staff very friendly and nice.Parking at the house and free of charge.Had a double room with an open balcony. That was really nice. Cleanliness top. The breakfast was great with a large selection.We'd love to come back.LG from Saxony Werdau/Zwickau.

We found a nice room here over a long weekend. The small hotel is comfortably furnished and it's only a 15-minute walk to the pier. We had a small balcony where we could sit outside in the evenings and there was enough storage space, even a small refrigerator. The breakfast was absolutely great, there was something for every taste. The operator is also very nice and friendly, you could even be informed via WhatsApp. All in all absolutely great! We'd love to come back. Best regards

After we were very disappointed in another hotel in Sellin at the beginning of April (due to mold in the bathroom), we checked out and spontaneously booked Villa Frohsinn. This was the best decision! The hostess/landlady was very friendly and accommodating. Here we still rent with heart and soul ;). Breakfast was completely sufficient. The room is modern, pretty, bright and with a Baltic Sea feeling.The location is pretty central, you can reach everything on foot from there.

Breakfast is on the low burner. We might have expected fish in the region, there were baked rolls, packaged sausage, the whole buffet wasn't appealing.Rooms reasonably clean, no glasses, no opener and parking spaces are not free, €5 per day. A pity:(And very noisy
