The positive impressions first: the hotel has excellent accessibility in the city center location and is also excellent when it comes to visiting the city center. The entrance is very clean, as are the rooms. Contact with the service was smooth and very friendly.The disadvantage is the noise due to the location and orientation of the rooms. Due to the adjacent restaurant, many activities are carried out in the inner courtyard, which in turn conveys a corresponding sense of unrest.Nevertheless, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives!

If you would like a free sauna: welcome! No air conditioning, damn hot in the room. No window for ventilation, just a patio door where anyone can come in. No own parking spaces.Rooms are new and modern. Bathroom is tiny and unfortunately smells like a drain.Breakfast is first class.

I was there for a wedding and stayed in a 1 bed room. It was very well maintained and clean. Great breakfast and friendly staff, as well as at the bar in the evening. The room is newly modernized and the terrace was really nice to chill out. I was very excited. Thank you :-)

It is not mentioned when booking that check-in only works via a PIN. There is no parking space at the hotel, so you would have to park in the local underground car park. Generally few contact people on site. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast service was great.

We were guests on two consecutive weekends.(Transit) We felt very comfortable during both overnight stays. Beautiful rooms in a historic old building. Freshly renovated. Great mattresses, free bottle of water in the room!Breakfast was great, service was very polite. Food in the “schwarzer Reiter” restaurant is expensive but also very tasty.Check in digitally. Receive access code via SMS. Beforehand, a personal, nice call “Is everything ok?” Perfect!We will be back. Next year. From transitfrom Hamburg to Austria.

The hotel is really nice, everything is new and I felt very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very tasty and lovingly prepared. The location is really great and is right on the market square.The only drawback was that on Thursday there was a party downstairs in the bar until 11 p.m. - and very loudly. Early sleepers were probably not amused in my room (1st floor). What is actually missing is a reception. They don't exist. That's why I was a bit lost when checking out because I couldn't really find what I wanted on the website.Otherwise everything was really great.

Before we checked in, an employee contacted us and explained the process (everything digitally) in a friendly manner. The room was very nice, modern and clean. We had a great view of the market square which was especially nice since it was Italian night. The breakfast was also good and the staff here was also very friendly. Conclusion: absolutely recommended!
