There is no Internet, and it was supposed to be there, there is a lady cleaning the rooms from 7 a.m., so forget about sleeping late, it would be best to arrive at 9:55 p.m., go to bed, get up at 5 a.m. and disappear for the whole day. This suits the Chinese. And it's best not to turn on the light. Tragedy.

At the weekend I once again accommodated my guests in the Pension Reusch-Zhu. As always, everyone was full of praise! Everyone feels very comfortable there, the rooms are large, lovingly furnished and very clean. The Reusch-Zhu family looked after the guests very courteously and fulfilled every wish. The quiet location in the idyllic cul-de-sac Uteweg ensured restful nights. I would visit there again at any time!Once again I hosted my private visit at the Pension Reusch-Zhu. I can only confirm everything I wrote five years ago. My guests always feel extremely comfortable in the clean, large, beautifully furnished rooms. And the friendly Reusch-Zhu family is very helpful and fulfills all wishes. I am very grateful that there is such a good opportunity near me to accommodate my visit!

So far it's okay, the bedrooms are clean and the beds are good.However, the kitchen needs a bit of cleaning. The stove and refrigerator urgently need to be cleaned thoroughly, as do the cutlery and porcelain.Dear Mr. Zhu, dear Ms. Reusch.Regarding your response to my review.I was definitely their guest, so it's definitely not fake.I share my honest opinion and do not want to offend or even harm anyone. Maybe you can examine and judge it yourself with common sense.It is my right to share my experience with future guests. Maybe I can gain your understanding and they can change something about my complaints.Ps. As a little proof that I was really with them,In the hallway downstairs before going up the stairs there is a note with the note "Please take off your work shoes"And the TV remote controls are packed in plastic bags.I slept in the vintage car room where I also felt comfortable!Her two lion figures were wrapped in foil to protect them from frost!I hope that's proof enough.Many greetings to youI hope that's enough for now, admit it to yourself.

Regarding the rooms, I can say everything was great. But the kitchen was a bit shabby and not the cleanest. The extractor hood may only be used as a light source. At least that's what you could tell from the note.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate the quality of the room and the furnishings because it was never occupied. Therefore, only customer contact is part of this evaluation.The reason for the non-occupancy was that Ms. Reusch-Zhu initially asked me on January 24th, after my request on the same day, to let her know why I was interested in occupying one of her rooms, since my registered residential address was near her located. She also wrote that she would be happy to offer me one of her rooms.After I answered her question on the same day and asked for an answer regarding the procedure for choosing the furnishings for the room, she wrote to me today that there are no more rooms available.At this point I have to say that I feel a little ripped off and can therefore only rate the customer contact with one star.

Holiday apartment in a quiet location, despite being close to the city center. Some rooms have a view of the countryside. Very well-kept and clean rooms. Large kitchen for self-catering. Arrangements with the landlady went smoothly.Always recommended because of the very well-kept, practical furnishings and large kitchen. Arrangements for arrival and departure were once again unbureaucratic.
