I recommend this hotel!!! The owner is very nice and helpful. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Location very good. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Close to public transport. The area around the hotel is very quiet.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable. It is in a convenient location to the train station. The price was reasonable and the breakfast - outstanding! I would definitely go back!

Don't expect a fancy place, but I would definitely recommend it.It is very clean, very well located (with lines 3 and 6 that cross the entire center in one minute), the staff is very friendly and the bathrooms, even though they are shared, are impeccable.The rooms are good in size.100% recommended

A simple guesthouse with clean rooms and a great, super-friendly host. The location is perfect for everything that has to do with Theresienwiese. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. If desired, there is a parking space in the yard (order in advance) and fresh eggs in any form for breakfast. Maybe not for those who like 5 star hotel suites, for us it was perfect.

Hidden in an apartment building, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and nice and clean, very comfortable beds. There's coffee or tea in the hall. Breakfast was very good. Fresh bread rolls and friendly service. Quiet surroundings.

Small, owner-run bed and breakfast in a great and, above all, quiet location. Rooms functionally furnished and clean. Great breakfast and very nice hostess. Parking space at the house at a very fair price. Ideal for a short trip!

The rooms are clean. We had a room without an attached bathroom but when I went to the bathroom, it was really clean, something which I did not expect. The locality is nice, peaceful and the public transport stations are nearby like 150-2]] metres walking distance. The host is good and it was so fun talking to her.

Perfect for a visit to Tollwood. Booked spontaneously the evening before by phone. Very nice service, clean, comfortable rooms, parking space and the highlight was the delicious breakfast and the lovely hostess. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We booked a 3 bed room 2 weeks ago. When we arrived the supposed hotel was just a residential building and was fully booked. So we had to go to an alternative hotel where the poor service continued. The very last!!!

Location is great. Theresienwiese and Marienplatz also within walking distance, subway also nearby. Parking is also available, we were even able to book at short notice (due to the train strike).Breakfast was great: extensive and tasty.Rooms quiet, simple and clean. Just for staying overnight, absolutely idealOnly criticism: our room smelled strongly of smoke, especially the next morning. We didn't notice it when we arrived; it had been cleaned and probably aired out shortly beforehand.

We were disappointed when we arrived! The photos showed nice, large rooms, we had a tiny one with a cheap little box. A hotel was advertised, but in reality it was a large apartment with many rooms...Toilet and shower in the hallway, although you can't close the shower door well and it's completely blockedis a cheap copy.The door to the room is ancient and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the hallway into the room. Breakfast costs 12 euros, it works like this.And parking is also to be paid extra, 10 euros. We wouldn't book there again...
