We were able to check in early which I appreciated. The hotel is centrally located, but not the best neighborhood. Lots of noise was heard in the room from outside and neighboring rooms. The room and bathroom are quite small. The room was also lacking a deadbolt.Biggest complaint is with the bed: it was hard as a rock and the pillows were somehow worse.

Before coming here, I was a little worried about the environment after reading the reviews, but after staying there for two nights, I felt that it was not as dangerous as the reviews said, it was just a little messy.The room itself is also very good, and there is no problem with sound insulation. As a traveler, there is no problem.

Good hotel, with varied breakfast.Clean rooms and location close to the center, but what leaves something to be desired is the "neighborhood".Place with many bars and concert halls.Nothing that bothers you when sleeping, but walking nearby became inconvenient.

Basically recommended. Our “receptionist” was more than listless and could barely lift her head from her cell phone. The other ladies were really nice, especially the lady with the broken finger :-). However, it is difficult to get a parking space with a large car as these are small parking lifts, so be careful. Hotel is really central to Karlsplatz and the main station. Rooms are ideal and the bathroom is also tip top. Breakfast is good. If you don't let the hotel surroundings put you off (we had no problems there), then this is a cheap and nice hotel.

A very nice hotel in the middle of the old town. Has everything you need, great breakfast. It doesn't have air conditioning but has large windows for ventilation. Bicycles can be safely parked in the yard. Staff, no matter what shift, are all super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !!!

We were in Munich for the Adele concert and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and more than helpful. If I couldIf I could give the hotel 6 stars, I would especially praise the staff and the cleanliness.If I had anything to complain about it would be the breakfast. Unfortunately there were no plant drinks. As a vegan, I would have liked the option to choose an almond or oat drink for my coffee. I asked but was told they don't have any.

The hotel is fine for a short city trip if you have to pay attention to money:Positive: The TV is very old, but at least it works well. The beds are comfortable, the shower and WiFi worked great. The towels and bed linen were freshly washed, you could smell that. The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the main train station and there are supermarkets nearby. Check-in and check-out worked quickly. As a welcome, there was a free bottle of water and two small packs of gummy bears in the room.Neutral: The rooms are not automatically cleaned every day, but only if a sign is hung on the door by 2 p.m. Kind of strange.Negative: Unfortunately, the cleanliness was negative in several places. As I said, at least the towels and bed linen were clean, but the sink, chair, stairwell and other things probably hadn't been cleaned in a while.Although the location is close to the main train station, the hotel is in an area with only shops/restaurants of Turkish/Arab origin. I wouldn't walk here in the dark, you don't feel comfortable even during the day.The hotel also has no air conditioning, only a fan is provided in summer.When checking in, the gentleman at the reception was friendly, but afterwards you were ignored and you only got a “hello” if you said something first. However, the women who worked at the reception in the morning were friendly.

Were there for one night as a concert goer. I have rarely experienced such nice and warm staff. Everyone was really friendly, helpful. You just feel really welcome. Breakfast was also very tasty. In summer it is very warm in the rooms. But it was bearable with the window open.

Actually ok, for a short trip. However, the location is a bit like the Frankfurt train station district. Not so pleasant at night as a woman. The bus/subway connections were great. It was quiet too. Room: only one fan, glass door in the bathroom that was still full of toothpaste residue. Otherwise it was clean. Service: free welcome water and reception were great. Friendly staff in the dining room too. However, we didn't clean, despite the sign. Then we had to get new towels ourselves. That really wasn't okay. You have to be there early for breakfast, so nothing new is produced after 9am. Salmon, mozzarella, croissants, ham, were mostly no longer available. Coffee drinks were delicious.In terms of size, the rooms were great

I’ll start with the only good thing about this hotel it’s a walking distance to the main plaza and to the train station.Now, let’s begin with the location. Be prepared to stay in heavily polluted area. Across from the hotel there is a hookah lounge, and the whole street smells like cigars. When you go to one of the stores near buy to buy some water, they will definitely give you tourist prices!Moving onto the hotel itself:)Once we have arrived we waited around 20 minutes for someone show up at the reception. Once we walked into our room a heavy smell came from it. The room has no airflow. We opened the window immediately (which faces some parking lot, but it’s nothing). In my surprise I saw our neighbor smoking next to our window. He had a pretty clear view on our whole room. So, we closed the curtains. Then we turned on our fan. It was trying so hard to make the room feel more breathable. But it’s just simply not enough. Due to the air circulation problem and the fact that there is no AC we couldn’t close the curtains completely. Hello neighbors.Now, to my favorite part—the sheets. Never have I ever in my life seen anything like this. I believe it’s made purely from polyester. It has some underneath layer that is usually used for babies (so they don’t pee on the mattress). And the fabric itself is very stretchy, harsh and itchy. With that being said, it was extremely difficult to sleep on it. It was very hot AND ITCHY!!! Please check my pictures to see those coils.Pillows. Oh. Dear. Pillows are stuck with feather!!! (I am glad I don’t have asthma or any allergies). Because of that, feathers poke your face while you try to sleep. Additionally, the pillow cover was also made from an unknown material. Pillows are heavy! Can’t use them comfortably at all! They will scratch your face, your back will hurt from them.To add, the carpet was so dirty. You could vacuum it from time to time. The rest of the room was pretty clean. Toilet, shower, dust.Lastly, when we were checking out the guy did not understand English. I was trying to explain to him that I would like to make a complaint. I translated it to him, and also wrote that the sheets are bad. He said “sorry”. But it’s not his fault that the hotel is trying to milk every single costume and fake their ratings.Oh, not to forget. This was such a disgusting and disappointing stay so my husband and I stayed there only 1 night. We booked this hotel for 5 nights. We had to book another hotel with normal sheets and a working AC(yeah I made sure I see the room before we pay for it).No refunds!!! Money to the trash.PS. If you would like to get an additional AC to your room for 15€/night they don’t have it.Will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
