Looking for a friendly, clean hotel with standard comfort within a 10-minute walk of the train station? You've come to the right place!When you enter the hotel from the busy Schillerstrasse, you immediately notice the calm in the entrance area. Very pleasant and friendly staff from reception, cleaning to service. Clean, quiet room. Good breakfast with everything you would expect in standard. I'd love to come back!

Perfect spot for Oktoberfest visits. The hotel is clean and easy to find. Only about 10-15 min walk to the Wiesn, and an even shorter walk to Hauptbahnhof. Rooms are a decent size and quiet - the street noise would be the only issue, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Across the street is Schiller Bräu, which has a great menu of Bavarian classics, and the beer is delicious.

I spent 3 days alone in the hotel to explore downtown Munich. The staff was nice. They mostly speak English. The room was completely correct. The furniture is a bit old, but the bed linen, towels and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious, hot water. The breakfast was a bit poor for me. The selection is small, could be more authentic Bavarian food. However, what was put out was fresh and tasty. The coffee was crap for me. But it's not the hotel's fault. They serve typical German coffee. However, the staff is very attentive. You can leave the package there when checking out. This way, you can even organize a program for the last day. In terms of location, it is in an excellent place. The train station and the city center are about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The street is quite haunted, there are several night clubs in the neighborhood, but don't let that scare you. The hotel was quiet and safe. I think it's excellent value for money. I recommend it

The service staff are very nice and overall it’s OKBut here’s a reminder for tourists from Taiwan like me:1. There is only an electric fan in the room but no air conditioning. It may be fine at night, but it is actually quite hot during the day due to the El Niño phenomenon.2. The socket shell here is round (not the plug), so the general square universal plug cannot be inserted into it.After asking for help at the counter, he lent me a tofu head (thank you🥹) so I could barely charge my phone.But if there are too many Asian tourists coming, you may have to buy tofu buns locally.In short, if the above two points are acceptable, this place is actually pretty good! 👍

The location near the train station is logistically very good, but it's always busy and therefore noisy.But everything fits in this hotel. I'm into the noise of the big city and everything is wonderful. Price, service, cleanliness, room, bed, bathroom and breakfast. Really a complete 5 stars for this price!

Top location, great location, everything can be reached quickly, 3 minutes walk to the tram. For me as a Frankfurter, the Bahnhofsviertel is a very safe and clean place. Of course there are many erotic establishments, casinos and kebab shops here. Nevertheless, you can also find real breweries and restaurants around the corner. The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and relaxed. My room was clean and tidy.

Rooms are a bit dated but have al the facilities you need. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. A good breakfast is included in the price. The hotel is located at the edge of the old city centre and close to the central station. Private parking costs 25 euros and is highly recommended as there is only streetparking or public parking that is just as expensive.

The hotel is located in the train station district, so it's easy to reach but also has the usual side effects, but don't let that put you off. Rooms better facing the courtyard, staff very friendly, rooms ok, bathroom unfortunately with shower curtain, breakfast sufficient.

The location is very good and the staff are kind. It's not the highest quality, and because it's close to a bar area, you can sometimes hear people making noise until the early hours of the morning, and the water pressure in the shower is weak, but even with that, the room was clean and spacious, and I was very satisfied. I did.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I put my money and passport in the safe. When I departed from the hotel, I realized that I left both behind in the safe. I went back to the hotel and asked if I could go back to the roomto get what I had left behind. The safe was open and my passport and money were gone. The staff and owner were uncooperative. I worked a major airline and never had this kind of treatment. A very ruined trip.
