Despite very good sales from our 45 travel participants, the hotel management was extremely petty. A solo entertainer we hired ensured a good atmosphere and further sales of drinks. Our request to the hotel to at least cover his food was not met and we were charged 45 euros. Our friendly request for accommodation was harshly rejected. This is how you annoy potential guests.

We were there with 8 people and had reserved. Dinner and breakfast completely overcrowded, no windows open. Dinner: There was no soup, no scoops, no spaetzle. The bread with the ham platter made you wonder whether the baker who baked it was still alive. It had freezer burn and was completely dry and hard, falling apart when smeared. We noted it in a friendly and humorous way and asked that it be better not to serve it for breakfast the next day (Saturday), as there was also a bakery nearby and there would certainly be fresh bread there. Then came dessert, vanilla ice cream, which was decorated with a hair. Then the understanding was somehow over. They apologized for everything, it “can happen sometimes”🙈. The idea of spending a round on the house never occurred to us.Well, we had breakfast the next morning and found our bread from the evening. Unbelievable! Plus a brown bread in the same condition! So please decide for yourself whether it would be better to go to another restaurant. The better halves can be seen in the photo...! The others went back.

Rooms clean, breakfast sufficient and friendly service. Unfortunately, dinner is not recommended. Some mixed pieces of meat were swimming in an indefinable sauce, carelessly prepared. More like canteen quality.

Very nicely located family hotel. We were there with a youth group. Of course there is still room for improvement in some places, but all in all very nice.1st room:The rooms are clean and equipped with a small seating area. The furnishings are a bit old-fashioned, but that's a matter of taste. The beds are rather hard (which I liked). The bathroom is quite narrow but functional. There were opaque curtains in my room that adequately blocked out the light in the morning.2. Service and foodThe staff is professional, friendly. You can do it like this and it meets the standard. The food was always tasty and of good quality. We had breakfast, packed lunches and dinner. Food intolerances or special dietary requirements should be clarified in detail beforehand. It should now be known in the catering trade that strawberries are botanically considered nuts.Unfortunately, the only sausages available at the breakfast buffet were pork. For our Muslim young people there was a special plate of beef salami. That's great, but why not just have a larger variety at the buffet? Poultry, beef, fish,... there's so much more than just pork. But a lot of effort was made and that was noticed positively 😊. Every evening there was a 3-course menu where you could choose between four alternatives for the main course (always the evening before); However, there was always only one vegetarian alternative. If you didn't like it you would have had to look... (although we didn't have that case and I could certainly imagine that the hotel could have done something different). Starters and desserts were always set and unfortunately you couldn't choose.3rd location:If you are mobile you have great excursion options in less than 30 minutes. But there is also a lot to discover and do on foot. All in all really nice. They make an effort there and respond to special requests. There is always room for improvement and anyone who doesn't come with expectations that are too high will be happy there.
