I made reservations a week ago for 3 rooms and 3 nights with breakfast.I paid 2,300 euros by transfer.I was supposed to come with my employees to the fair in DortmundUnfortunately, there is a flood in Poland and only one employee left because the rest are defending their homes.I called and said that I would pay for the first day for all 3 rooms and ask for a refund for two rooms in 2 days.There is no such possibility and no one is interested in the fact that there is a FLOOD in Poland.So I found another solution andI wanted to take back the rooms to give to my friends. Once I paid, the hotel sent me an invoice for the full amount for the cancellationWhen booking and after sending the payment confirmation, no one sent us confirmation of the reservation or its conditions.The hotel was not looking for a solution, just quick and easy money.They could have at least offered a refund for breakfast or somethingOur reservation is valid and the hotel can rent rooms and earn x2.I do not recommend this hotel, and the 4* standard has nothing to do with the quality of service.FOR HOTEL SERVICESIt doesn't matter what you reply to the comment.This is still clear to us.

Terrible! I ADVISE AGAINST!I'm from Roche and I'm traveling for work. The room's air conditioning is broken and makes very annoying loud noises! No matter if it is on/off!Unfortunately I can't post a short video of it here. There is no staff in the hotel! Nobody answers the phone from reception! A sleeping, unsuspecting employee calls the emergency number and simply transfers the problem to the next shift! So you have no other option if unwanted things happen during your overnight stay! I've never had such an unpleasant night in a hotel and I actually travel a lot! So I advise everyone not to stay overnight here. When I checked out at 9 a.m. the reception was informed about the problem and still no one contacted me. very unprofessional!

Easily accessible on foot from the main station. The rooms are all elegantly furnished and super clean. You immediately feel at home. The beds are comfortable too 😊 I've never slept so well in a hotel.

With my first visit to the Saxx Group, I have to say that I was very surprised by the service.Very attentive and friendly staff and service, Chapeau.Very pleasant and modern atmosphere. Cleanliness is also very important. Visitors are given genuine attention, which is particularly the reason for their well-being.Especially our breakfast, which we enjoyed very much, showed us how much the guest and his needs are satisfied. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars and no more.Thank you again for your attention and your pleasant well-being.By the way, the property (Theater karree) is quite close to the center and almost everything important is within walking distance. Not my last visit

Rooms are only made every 2 days.Air conditioning is not working properly.No fridge in the room.Black goo on the showerhead.Long dark hair in the sink even though I have short hair.Parking space was gone on the second day (€12).The bright spot was the friendly staff.
