We stayed here in the motorhome for two nights at the end of September. Very well-kept place, very clean sanitary facilities. Due to the new lawn being laid out, we couldn't choose a spot but were accommodated on the very spacious camping meadow, which is really beautiful. However, it goes up and down, so if you have difficulty walking, it's not so easy to reach the main washhouse.The only disadvantage: The shooting exercises on the Bundeswehr areas in the surrounding area had a lot of rumble and could be clearly heard and felt on the field.

A wonderful place to camp. Whether caravan, tent or motorhome. You feel comfortable here. Large parking spaces in a well-kept area outside the town of Müdens. Terraced, partly with beautiful old trees. It takes about half an hour to walk into town and you will find all sorts of shops and restaurants there.

Really very nice place with friendly Dutch operators. Old trees on several levels, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Absolute peace and quiet, far away from roads. Clean sanitary facilities.

After I was insulted in the worst possible way, that I didn't enter the place from the entrance but from the back to report to the reception, I was called by my first name and was called rude, I left the place. Rules of etiquette should be taught to the campsite operator!Camping Moraenensee is about 30km nearby. You will receive a friendly welcome there👍🏻

A beautiful terraced campsite with many shaded areas and friendly (Dutch) management. Because the campsite is located on a hill outside the village, it is an excellent address for those seeking peace and quiet! It is a good base, because it is centrally located between the beautiful cities of Celle, Lüneburg, Soltau and Uelzen. The campsite has an agreement with the swimming pool nearby. The environment is "green" and is therefore also used by soldiers for training. These places are of course closed to the public, but there remains more than enough recreational space. The Lüneburg Heath is certainly an area that encourages you to cycle and walk. There are also special museums: in Fassberg, among others, the museum about the Berlin Blockade (1948-1949) and the "Bergen-Belsen" camp. There is a station not far from the campsite, so you can take a day trip by train to Hamburg, for example.

Excellent campsite. Nice owners. Big places. Sandwich service. The sandwiches are delivered to your location. It would have been 5 stars if a few ruins of seasonal sites had been cleared. This absolutely does not fit on such a beautiful campsite.Update Been here again after 6 years. From 4 to 5 stars. The ruins of seasonal sites have disappeared. So a much more pleasant sight. Tip: make the toilet building a lot more pleasant. It looks like a bunker. Ask camping guests for their best photo of the campsite and surroundings. Enlarge it and hang it up.

Beautiful campsite. Very nice and spacious pitches between the trees or, if you prefer, on a field. Sanitary facilities excellent and above all very clean! Upon arrival we were allowed to choose a spot ourselves.Nice and quiet at the campsite.

Without shame, charge 275 euros for 2 nights. Apparently we had booked through an external company and they also had to pay their fee. No shame at all, no consultation or thinking. …

Shameless. Apparently we had booked with them through another website. We had to enter an end day, so to be on the safe side we did it for a week. Once we arrived it turned out to be an extinct campsite for the elderly. The site promoted a swimming lake, but that was a dirty river. After 2 nights decided to go again. When checking out, nothing was asked, only the bill was presented for the entire stay of 7 nights at 275 euros. When I noticed that I got a sneer from madam. After all, she also had to pay a fee on the entire amount. Don't think along, don't ask why we're going again. Without shame. Pity. All in all a bad experience, especially don't go with children. Apart from a playground in the full sun, there is nothing to do.

I don't really know how to rate this amazing place. If you are looking for peace and quiet, beautiful nature and silence, this is the place.It is a really nice campsite, with everything in order, good and clean facilities and a very friendly and helpful host couple.I can only recommend the place and would love to come there again.

Beautifully located terraced campsite on the edge of Müden/Örtze. Sanitary facilities are outdated but clean. Beautiful area for cycling, except on the sandy paths on the heath.

Went to this place as a stopover. You will be directed to the place by scooter. Internet only in the reception area. In our area there was only one toilet container, a combination of toilet and shower. However, it could be a bit tight with more occupancy.The place is very nice and quiet.
