Overall, one has to say that the price of 2000 euros for 3 nights as a family does not meet expectations. The food selection and the service do not correspond to the room price. In the summer, a lot of things take place outside, so when the weather is bad, the offerings and space become quite limited and we were happy that it was dry and warm enough.Positive:- All employees are nice, friendly and helpful- Daily animal feeding (rabbits, sheep, pigs, guinea pigs, horses, ducks)- Quiet location of the hotel- High-quality workmanship in the hotel (not always in the rooms)- Kids club with very friendly support availableNegative:- Extremely poor WiFi in many places- Limited food selection for the nightly rate- No outdoor pool from October to March- Small swimming pool, so you have to book times- Some rooms are small, where in bad weather there is little space to play or relax- Playing equipment worn out e.g. pedal go-karts, footballs- Room quality and views vary greatly- Wine on tap- many bookable activities are quickly booked out (too few offers)Of course, all negative points can be packaged in terms of ecological and sustainable aspects, but then this should be clear to the customer. From the current reviews and ratings one assumes different things.

Our stay at Landhaus Averbeck was simply perfect. We agree: "That was the best family vacation we've ever had!" The service and food were top class, and the employment opportunities were endless and varied.The new areas such as care, café, cinema bar etc. are beautiful. Often a holiday in one place becomes long after a week; we all don't want to leave. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Great family hotel, we have been visiting Landhaus Averbeck for a week for 5 years! We are very happy to have found you so early for our twins! Everyone is trying extremely hard! A special compliment to Anna, our riding instructor this year, for whom we would like to give 6 stars instead of the 5 stars allowed by Google. Our children had a great experience on the farm. The childcare workers looked after the children very well. The children really enjoyed going to the Happy Club. The special thing about the hotel is its size, it is very tranquil.

I can't say anything about the hotel itself, only the booking conditions are terribly inflexible. There are only two arrival days and you have a minimum stay of 7 nights. We would have liked to have booked more often, but these rigid conditions make it virtually impossible.In addition, the more flexible gap offers are not updated and only refer to January.What a shame!

Very successful family hotel. The location is great for a trip to the Lüneburg Heath. Small children can also have fun in the swimming pool and the HappyClub is very modern and has a great concept. There is also very good cuisine here. We'll definitely be back!

As always, we had a wonderful holiday. 😊 The new reception, children's club and cinema have turned out really great. However, some things in our Cabin 50 could be replaced because they are already worn out.

We had such a wonderful week at Landhaus Averbeck. A beautiful family run (for families) resort in the middle of the Lüneburgerheide. Our stay was just perfect, the service was outstanding, we were granted every wish, the food was absolutely delicious, fresh and creative. Our 4 year old had so much fun, there was plenty to do and to explore. Our room was spacious, clean and the whole property is beautiful. One can tell that the place has been very well taken care of. Very great and upscale children's hotel with a very pleasant crowd, you immediately feel at home! The old farm is super beautiful and created with a lot of love and offers great things for children. The food leaves nothing to be desired and was always tasty and high quality. I found it very positive that the typical children's food was not proactively offered, but rather what the adults also eat (of course possible on request). There is a loop wreath workshop for the moms, so you also have a great program yourself.

Excellent food (limited choice for vegetarians), beautiful scenery, very friendly staff, lots to do for smaller children, great bar and cinema as well as very relaxing massages and lots of opportunities to get in touch with animals - especially horses.The only thing that spoils the impression for us is the child care, which is actually the focus for Familotels. On the one hand, there is unfortunately not permanent space for all children and on the other hand, at least our little one, who admittedly doesn't make it easy for others, was unfortunately not taken directly by the hand (as we think is necessary in a short-term acclimatization), so that In the beginning he always had to be picked up again after a very short time. This meant that we didn't have a minute to ourselves as a couple for the first 3 1/2 days.We have experienced this aspect better in another family hotel.Small update: We were approached very appreciatively and constructively about our criticism here.

After our second stay here, which lasted two weeks, we are still completely amazed by the outstanding quality that this house has to offer.The country house's kitchen deserves special recognition. Everything is freshly prepared, with a selection of products that are unrivaled in quality and taste. It is obvious that great value is placed on high-quality food here.The team at Landhaus Averbeck made our stay something truly special. Everyone on the team is exceptionally friendly, polite and committed. They have made it their mission to read everyone's every wish, which they have mastered with flying colors.Another highlight was child care. The kids club is run by qualified specialist staff who know how to look after children with joy and fun every day. Our children were thrilled by the diverse offerings and enjoyed every day.The Landhaus Averbeck also offered us an excellent time as parents. The sports program, from yoga to Pilates, offered a wide range of courses led by very competent specialist staff. It was a great opportunity for us to relax and stay active at the same time.The entire property of the country house is extremely well maintained, up to date and designed with great attention to detail. You can feel the heart and soul that flows into this company in every corner. The decoration is beautiful throughout and the passion with which this business is run can be felt in every detail.In conclusion, our stay at Landhaus Averbeck was overwhelming in every respect.
