The overnight stay was ultimately okay. The room was okay, the plastic cubicles for the bathroom and toilets, well, the breakfast was okay, although there was quite a crowd. The service at the breakfast buffet was nice and tried very hard, and Jessika's service at the bar in the evening was really great, she did a good job. What was less nice was that your two colleagues at the reception then loudly gossiped about a guest who had previously come forward about a topic. That's just a bit lackluster, but good, it's only 3 stars, in 5 star hotels there's gossip in the back room. The location is okay, nothing can be said. So you can easily stay overnight there, I travel a lot to Accor Hotels, if you know one thing, you know them all.

Our stay at Novotel Suites was perfect. From the moment you arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive.The hotel is extremely quiet and perfectly located. The nearby metro makes the whole city accessible very quickly.The room was spacious, functional and impeccably clean.Thanks also to the team for the little attention ;)

Very fine placement right in the center of Berlin .Really close to BERLIN WALL check point Charlie and BERLIN MALL.The reception place was really dusty - so you can see the dust on equipment . 2 Receptionists were busy with something on one computer and get back to me only in 7 minuts , when the chief manager on the other computer targeted them to start service... The room was pretty OK , we understand its the type of old Style Novotel - but very Ok for that price and placement.But the situation in the morning was just extraordinary and never ever want to repeat it . It was a long line of guests to enter the breakfast...that was kinda weird...But frankly speaking the food and assortement was really good , so my grade on Google Maps will be 4 stars not 3. Check out was also nice.

Upon our late arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady, so we had a very good impression. Our room was for 4 people and a decent size.Cleanliness, on the other hand, leaves a little to be desired: the soaps and shower gel empty, full of dust. Hair in the bathroom and chestnuts under the bed… yes yes chestnuts. The shower rod was unscrewed and the rusty screw could be seen. Are hotels cleaning less and less or is it just bad luck? The staff not very friendly except not a hello in the morning or evening. Apart from the breakfast employee, he was very friendly.The classic breakfast, neither good nor bad. On the other hand, during school holidays it is better to get up early if you do not want to wait a long time before sitting down.Afterwards the hotel is very well located which makes up for the rest but I won't come back there again.

A wonderful hotel with a convenient location near public transportation and a supermarket. The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and the added convenience of a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel, offering a satisfying selection.

Very practical hotel, room generous in space and quiet. Cleanliness and order seem acceptable and normal. They changed our towels every day. The only flaw is having found the pillows on the floor when I returned to the room. Which they probably do to make the beds first...But what can I say, you shouldn't put the pillows on the floor! Even in the bathroom, we found our things on the floor, perhaps removed to clean first.Very helpful reception. Check out at 12, useful for leaving luggage in the room and a stop before going to the airport.
