We stayed at this hotel from October 9th to 10th, 2024. It was our first time in Titisee and our granddaughter brought us here. Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, my wife and I were taking photos and videos of the alpacas when suddenly a lady with brown hair and glasses started yelling at our granddaughter and almost hit her because she got too close to the alpacas with her dogs. The lady introduced herself as the owner of the hotel and the ladies at reception confirmed this and said it was Mrs Ganter.We should have called the police as my wife and I witnessed this aggressive behavior towards our granddaughter. Now all we have are bad memories and photos and videos from that terrible day.

As a long-time regular, I was completely shocked by the owner's behavior yesterday. The manager, Ms. Ganter, almost hit me in the face with her hand, shouted loudly at me and ordered me to leave the hotel immediately just because I had approached the alpacas with my dogs on a leash, even though nowhere is it written that Man Can't enter there with dogs.It is very sad that such aggressive people run such a business. If the manager screams at her guests and almost physically attacks them - how can this hotel still exist? A catastrophe.P.S. I definitely can't recommend this hotel for people who are afraid of spiders, we had them in the bathroom.

The manager of this hotel does not seem to have her emotions under control and shows little understanding of respectful communication. My wife is pregnant and there was a situation where the boss became very loud and inappropriate towards my wife. I think this kind of behavior is completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial position. For this reason I unfortunately cannot recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

We were able to spend a great weekend at the Bruggers Hotelpark by the lake. The spa area in particular is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and we really enjoyed it.

Great stay at this hotel, we had a room with a beautiful lake view. Very good location, friendly staff but unfortunately they do not speak French. Pool at the top and heated to 32 degrees it was excellent, Very good meal.

I have stayed here before. The customer service was always not that great.Now i wanted to enquire about a potential stay and it seems that they do not even want to answer their email.Not very business and customer oriented.The rooms can be very loud, depending on the one that you get

A rural hotel located on Lake Titisee, large and spacious rooms with a view of the lake,Helpful and pleasant staff, especially the bar man, a pleasant and helpful person in a special way.Varied and rich breakfast.A spa that includes a heated indoor pool at a temperature of 32 degrees.A suitable location for a star trip in the Black Forest.An excellent hotel that we will return to again.Needs improvement - no air conditioner for hot days, uncomfortable mattress.

I had booked one night, which unfortunately I couldn't stay. Unfortunately, the full room rates were charged upon cancellation despite five days' advance notice. Unfortunately, my request for a goodwill voucher in the form of a voucher came to nothing. I have not received any call back. When we asked (after several frustrating waits on hold without an answering machine outside of core working hours) we still didn't really know what to do. Unfortunately, this hotel cannot be recommended in terms of customer service.

Rooms. With view of lake excellent, breakfast was adequate. Lake access with private beach is the best in TitiSee. Brought out chair cushions late in morning which irritated not only me but several other families. location to town easy 3 minute walk. Front desk staff needs customer service training big time.

We spent our 10th year at BRUGGERS. We don't regret our choice in the slightest. Starting with the top room with a lake view, a small but nice private beach and a wonderful overall ambience. Breakfast buffet great. The presentation and the quality of the food are a dream. Aperitif and nightcap with Jochen is an experience that has to be experienced to be believed. Tip: Book, go, enjoy. Very nice hotel! Beautiful pool, great private beach on the lake, breakfast buffet great, everything is always replenished. Only the church tower is difficult in the morning but there's nothing you can do there...Would recommend to anyone who wants to switch off for a few days and just enjoy the time!

A very great hotel. We were there over the weekend.We were there with 4 people and had 2 rooms, with a lake view, right next to each other. Both rooms with balconies, each with a bathroom where the toilet had an extra cubicle.Bathrobes and blankets were provided, which was really ideal given the fresh temperatures in the morning.Unfortunately there were cobwebs on the ceiling in both rooms. However, that is the only point of criticism. The rest of the room was completely clean.The breakfast surprised me more than positively. There was a small birthday greeting and a small present. Filter coffee, fried eggs or omelettes are offered to you by the waitress on site and, depending on the situation, are freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet selection was also impressive. There was even honey straight from the honeycomb. The employees came to the table more often to check that everything was going well.Unfortunately, we only saw the alpacas on the premises on one day. Totally cute animals.
