We were in the restaurant today and the reception was very positive. The pizza was very good based on the base, but the topping was a bit tasteless. We wanted dessert and a drink, a menu was brought but then unfortunately no one came. After a very long time, we didn't feel like waiting anymore, so we got someone to pay at the counter and drove home thirsty. I think that was the last visit

Never again! We stayed at this hotel for the second time because we liked it the first time. Everything in the room was what should be. But this time we ended up in a small emergency room! The furniture was wildly thrown together and extremely sparse. We didn't have a TV, just a bedside lamp, and the smoke detector was removed. There was dirt on the headboard and the carpet was terribly worn. The only bright spot was the newly renovated bathroom. When we left we asked for a discount, but this was dismissed sternly and rudely. If you consider that we paid the same price for this cave as for the "good room" well then pfiati. They also said we had booked at such short notice!! Is booking in June for the end of August short notice? And then all the short-term people get the ........room???? No. with us no more.

We should all be happy to have a restaurant like this in Hechendorf, with fair prices and warm service! When there is a shortage of skilled workers, complaining about waiting times is typically German in the other reviews, relax! This is not fast food 🍕

Rating is for the restaurant, not the hotel.Five of us (locals) were there for the second time in 4 weeks - but the next visit will probably take a while...Like the first time, the service was extremely overwhelmed and slow, not very attentive and rather taciturn.Today, however, absolutely unacceptable:One dish out of 5 came immediately, the second shortly afterwards, numbers 3 & 4 at a distance and the 5th meal came and didn't come...When asked after 15 minutes and asked about parmesan, the unprofessional service only responded curtly with "yes, yes, coming soon"After another 15 minutes there was still no parmesan - the rest of the table had almost eaten it - they said "I said something again in the kitchen".Then it took another time until it came.So the last person at the table could start eating when everyone was finished.Unfortunately, there was no apology from the house or a few kind words, perhaps a small offer of compensation. We didn't get any bread like at other tables, only after we complained again inside was there a grumpy Averna.Since the food is quite solid, but not a highlight, and the menu is rather thin and mainly consists of the boring, banal, run-of-the-mill dishes like everywhere else, the nice garden remains...You can do it, but you have to be patient and not have too high standards. It's a shame, it won't last like this.

I was just in the restaurant garden. It's beautiful, you feel like you're in a restaurant in the Tuscan hills. Very courteous service, best Multipulcano I've had in a long time. Simply the restaurant for a successful evening.

120 euros for old double rooms with youth hostel facilities is very expensive. No water in the room or similar. The location is good, but the bell of the church next door rings every quarter of an hour at night.
