Our 4th visit: Rooms in the new building are fantastic. Spa area with the 2 large pools is great. But what has really improved compared to our last visits - the food! Congratulations on being a chef!

Unfortunately, the thermal spa is always fully booked at least 1 week in advance, so spontaneous visits are not possible! Very nice atmosphere and relaxing! Everything very luxurious and clean! If you want peace and quiet and not a crowded thermal bath, this is the right one for you! Every now and then there are children there, but they don't bother you, there are even a few toys/swimming noodles for children. Unfortunately, the staff at reception are not always very nice and unfortunately the prices have also been increased! Still an insider tip for us! 👌

We spent a few days here, the thermal baths are very nice, lots of deck chairs, the toilet in the thermal baths smelled of urine, breakfast was great, but unfortunately we were disappointed in the restaurant for dinner, but we ate very tasty food nearby at the Waldhorn restaurant. Cooks here the boss herself, everything is very fresh. Went there twice and were always very happy. Also cheaper in price.

Danger to life in the outdoor pool, which is also full of duck feces. As soon as the dangers in the pool have been eliminated and the duck problem has been dealt with, I'll be happy to come back to this great hotel in a wonderful location with great staff, including the deputy manager. But if no one has noticed for years that children playing underwater can get trapped in the PVC lounger and drown in three minutes, the pool should actually be closed.Danger of crushing due to negligent design and assembly are further significant risks. At the edge of the pool, children can scratch their toes while playing thanks to 2 mm sharp PVC profiles.Three tolerated ducks leave piles of excrement clearly visible in the pool and next to the pool around the clock. Almost impossible to see in the evening when the lighting is poor.More than just disgusting, despite cleaning at night and special cleaning for the first time today, thanks to my report.I am curious whether the relocation I have suggested will help? When can I come to revise my review?

I gave my mom the “Day Spa” for her 50th birthday. Everything was really nice and we had a great day, unfortunately a young, rude and disrespectful receptionist ended our day on a very negative note. Apparently we had to leave the thermal baths at 6 p.m. As day guests, since only the starting time and not the end was on the ticket, we were clueless. Apparently it was on the website, but I had booked the ticket weeks before. No employee pointed this out to us and no one sent us home even though we were obviously wearing the yellow day spa ribbons. Since the Panorama Therme is open until 10 p.m., we assumed that we could stay that long. So it definitely wasn't intentional. The rude receptionist, who obviously took out her bad mood and frustration on us, is not suitable for dealing with customers and guests and was probably wrong in her job. She also became louder. We asked for the boss and wanted to know her name. However, she has covered her shield. But this is certainly visible in the shift schedule (06/25/24 8:30 p.m.). Otherwise, the thermal baths are really recommendable and beautiful. You have a great view of nature and the natural pond. You can also discover many animals around the pond. The breakfast buffet was great, but unfortunately we didn't like the coffee. We were able to walk through a gate to the afternoon buffet and even in a bathrobe. Every other employee was very friendly and accommodating. We had great weather and really enjoyed the day. We were also able to drink two Aperol and a Radler + beer in the bar (outside area). We could practically go up to the Panorama Spa in an elevator. There is 1 women's sauna. In total we visited all 5 saunas. There are no infusions, but you can make them yourself. Everything is clean. We were actually alone the whole time in the panorama sauna, which was really great. Tea and water were free at the sauna upstairs. The cake with the afternoon coffee was included and very tasty. All in all, a successful day with a very unnecessary and annoying conclusion.

Day Spa: Top breakfast buffet, egg dishes are freshly prepared. I loved the changing rooms (not the classic white tile swimming pool look with cramped cubicles). Behind a curtain there is an open changing room in which you still have privacy thanks to the room layout. There are also lockable cabins. There is a separate hairdryer room with large mirrors. Dark colors in the entrance area, red in the fire pool, a bright, light-flooded relaxation room with wooden paneling. The colors were extremely well selected and harmonize perfectly. Certainly great at night with lighting. I particularly liked the glittering tiles. The thermal bath is very well maintained, great views of the park. It was very quiet during the week. Free water dispenser. In the afternoon there is coffee and cake. Perfect for a day's vacation.

We were guests at the DaySpa.A day like this isn't cheap, but you treat yourself to it every now and then. The breakfast is great, a great selection and every breakfast taste is catered for.Unfortunately, the coffee and cake snack included in the price is poorly arranged. You have to leave the thermal baths completely, which means you have to throw on your everyday clothes and then walk over to the restaurant. There are only very hot saunas, which is a bit of a shame. The PanoramaSpa is only open from 2 p.m. This means you only have a hot 90 degree sauna to choose from throughout the morning. If you want to go swimming again, you have to walk through the entire hotel to go back and forth between the sauna area and the pools. All in all it was okay, but not really recommended.
