Great ambience with super friendly hut hospitality! Made rooms, hot water and a parking space in front of the cabin are some points that we did not expect.The food tastes great and the hut can be used as a good starting point for many tours. Price performance is a 10/10 here!

Well, great reviews, but the reality?Had a mini portion of Kaiserschmarrn at the hotel price for just under €12???A few weeks ago, a group of men from Stuttgart staying overnight were really disappointed with the portions, quality and friendliness.Unfortunately they just complained and haven't written yet.

Super comfort for a hut...room with shower, and yet the hut character is totally preserved...the innkeepers are very friendly...the location, a dream, the food is very good

Super great place to stop for a break. Great food, courteous service, wonderful location.You have to walk a few steps to get here. But it's not that crowded. For food, there are Allgäu specialties plus mountain hut classics such as Wiener Schnitzel, curry sausage and Kaiserschmarrn. The food is freshly prepared and homemade. Beers, juicesand schnapps all come from regional producers and are of top quality.The staff is very nice, helpful and on the ball.

Despite being very busy, the service was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. We thank you for bringing us with a group of 10! People were served so kindly and friendly, even though it was actually full. We will be back definitely.

Whenever I'm on the Hochgrat and can manage it somehow, the Oberstiegalpe is my final stop. I feel comfortable there. Staff is very friendly, food and drinks - that's fine. A clear recommendation from me.

We returned to the Oberstiegalpe mountain inn for the first time. The three ladies were very friendly and attentive. The food was very good. A great and warm atmosphere. With a short rest break it took almost 5 hours. We are very much looking forward to the next time. Best regards
