A great and luxurious hotel with a high level of service,A spacious room that includes a mini bar (for a fee), a free bottle of water + coffee/tea/chocolate, a spacious bathroom and toilet that includes a bathtub on one side and a large shower on the other. A rich and varied breakfast, the staff is attentive and attentive to every request,There are 2 well-equipped gyms, which are open free of charge 24/7, there is a pool and a jacuzzi that are not included in the price (you have to pay 10 euros per person for using them). In terms of location: a short walking distance to shopping centers (Europe Center and behind it the beginning of Kodam Street and many other shops), restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance (there are also good restaurants in front of the hotel and one inside)About 5 minutes walk from the zoo, Tiergarten Park, Paradox Museum, 10 minutes walk from a large train station (Zoological Garden) from which you can reach anywhere in Berlin, and in addition, a minute from the hotel-bus stop 200, which also goes to the city center.I was with my 16 year old son and we had a great time.Highly recommended hotel for all vehicles (single/couple/family/friends)

Impossible to get mineral water at night if not at the bar (10 euros a bottle). Talking to reception on the phone is a trauma because it cannot be done directly, you have to first go through a robot that wastes your time and patience. The coffee maker in our room was damaged, someone came up to check it and said no, it was fine, he didn't change it and kept throwing away all the water every time he made coffee. Poor hotel for the price and name.

We were here at the hotel for a long weekend and it was in a great location to see the sights of Berlin. We booked a premium room with a sofa bed which was great for a family of 4. The room was clean and large and had a huge bathroom with a bath tub.We booked directly and chose the option that included parking and breakfast. Parking is onsite in a basement no worked well.Breakfast was great with lots of fresh options to suit all tastes.Service was good.To note there is a pool and spa but this is with an extra charge. We were given free access as we have loyalty membership but others in front were charged 10 euros each entrance

We stayed at the Hotel Intercontinental Berlin for three nights, and overall, the stay was good, and the room itself was very comfortable. However, there were a few things that disappointed us.First, the room had a double bed, which is meant for a couple, but we were provided with two tiny individual blankets. This didn’t make sense, and we had to request a larger blanket, which they referred to as a “honeymoon blanket.” While this was handled, it felt like an unnecessary step.Another major issue we had was with the use of the pool. When booking through the booking website, it was clearly mentioned that there was a pool available, but there was no mention of any additional charges. When we arrived, we were told it would cost €10 to use the pool or €20 for access to both the spa and the pool. This was frustrating because it’s unreasonable to charge extra for a pool when guests have already paid for their stay, especially when it’s not clearly stated upfront. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, and having to pay extra for it was a big letdown. In summary, while the hotel and room were nice, these issues detracted from what could have been a much better experience.
