There was nothing wrong with our two apartments, one even had access to the terrace = 6th star. Very tastefully furnished, we felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back - great location ;-)).

10 stars! I travel about half the year for work and RITCH Alkmaar is the most comfortable and welcoming apartment/hotel I have stayed in. Everything is perfect here. The apartment is clean, well supplied, comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, etc. if you have to be away from home, this is exactly what you need. For business or holiday! Thanks guys! Super nice apartment, right in the center!Equipped with all amenities; dishwasher, hob, even a washing machine! Decor gets a 10. The bed was wonderful and it was super clean! In addition, there were delicious products from Rituals ready in the bathroom and a nice gift in the kitchen.

Great hotel, very nice room with many extras in a beautiful location.Everything goes digital. Took some getting used to, but it was useful. Not really convenient by car, but it is possible to park in a parking garage.

Unfortunately only worth 5 stars at first glance…The RITCH Hotel made a good impression on us both through its presentation online and through the reviews, so we booked an apartment for 3 nights. At first glance, the room on the ground floor appeared to be of very high quality, clean and nicely furnished. However, we noticed relatively quickly that there was a very high level of humidity in the bedroom. As a result, we couldn't sleep the entire night. The next morning we noticed that the wall directly behind our bed was damp (see pictures). In addition, the baseboards were swollen. The tiles in the bathroom also had several cracks/cracks, which wasn't very attractive either. We couldn't and didn't want to endure another night in this room, so we left. The only good thing was that we were reimbursed for the cancellation costs and we didn't have to pay anything for the one night stay. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel in this condition because it has a significant defect.

Wonderful place to stay for a weekend. Right in the center of Alkmaar and yet quiet. The room, or rather apartment, was perfect in size. Nicely decorated too. The host was super helpful, so a big 10!

A DREAM! We couldn't have asked for anything better for our holiday in Alkmaar! The location is perfect, in the city center and close to any need. The owner Noa was extremely kind in his flexibility of check in and check out times. Everything was spotless and super welcoming, with every kind of comfort and cutting-edge technology that allows you to have everything at your fingertips. The surprises we found in the apartment were also incredible, but we don't want to reveal them in advance!! We really appreciated the apartment on the ground floor, very comfortable for our large suitcases, and we loved looking out of those windows, especially on Saturday mornings when the city market takes place right there in front...we will definitely be back, thank you a thousand for everything!!!

Unfortunately, we got Corona shortly before our arrival and were therefore unable to arrive.Although we actually didn't have the option to cancel, we were still able to cancel our booking as a gesture of goodwill after a short and very nice conversation with the owner!Great customer service! We will definitely repeat our stay.

Very nice apartment where attention has been paid to every detail. My father came to visit and immediately said that he liked it so much that he wanted to spend the rest of his years there and move in immediately.In addition, the owner is super friendly and helpful.The location is fantastic and right in the center!We would love to come back!
