We booked a family room it was so tiny that we couldn't even move around freely. The TV wasn't working and there was no light bulb in one lamp. The central light piece was as outdated as it comes.

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel itself is an absolute disaster. It is a disgrace to hospitality and it is dangerous to the public. no lift steep stairs and customer service which is at least laughable. Stay away from this place a hostel is probably way better than this.

The only good thing about this place is the location. And maybe not even that, if you have problems with noise while sleeping. The rooms are matchboxes, there must be about 20 different people at reception but no one writes down anything that is requested and they don't know anything. We asked for a late check out, they warned us that we would have to pay extra but we agreed because we needed it. We were woken up at the normal time by both room service and reception by calling…The place is horrible, stairs to fall down every morning, there is no elevator so if you go with suitcases it becomes a Grand Prix type experience. They have a coffee machine at reception and they call it “breakfast” (and after 12:00 they want to charge you €2 for a horrible coffee 😂).Simply DON'T pay. It's not worth the proximity.

If you like bed bugs and scams, this is perfect! As soon as we arrived in the room, we discovered the bed infested with bedbugs. The receptionist noticed the situation and had no other rooms to offer us, so we had to find another hotel. But the worst thing is that the hotel refuses to reimburse us because we did not want to stay in the room infested with bedbugs. In short, crooks to avoid.

They were lucky I’ve arrived late at night since I’ve experienced some „surprises“ I wouldn’t have accepted if I have seen them before. Bed bugs on the wall, bird poop on the curtains, hair from other visitors in the bed.The location and stuff is nice but the service you come for (the room) was horrible.Guy at the reception promised to communicate it to the cleaning stuff but I think it’s a general problem

The hotel is quite central, the location is great. The rooms, although small, are enough for sleeping, which is the only thing we need from a hotel on a weekend getaway, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean, although it lacks an extractor fan.Friendly and professional staff. The only drawback for me is the noise at night. When you enter a hotel room and you see that there are some little packages of earplugs, you already anticipate a little what is going to happen, and in fact that night we did not sleep at all, even with earplugs, in front of it there is a discotheque and several coffee shops and they were there until 6 in the morning making noise. The windows, even though they were double glass, did not insulate anything... A disaster.

Staff welcoming and always available. Room was very small which is ok and expected. The bathroom must have issues with water in walls. We saw mold in walls. Paint on walls was soft and bubbly from water damage and mold was visible. The bathroom had a strong odor coming from it which I believe was the mold. This didn’t bother me too much because we only stayed a day and I spend no time inside. There is also no elevator. The rooms are very cute and service was excellent ! Free coffee downstairs was amazing and multiple vending machines

Excellent location but ugly, small rooms, with fan and no a/c, no elevator. Cleanliness was not excellent, but the bathroom was nice.
