Breakfast at €10 is undesirable, dining room not clean, wait too long. Lack of towels in the room.Rude waitress, inappropriate thoughts.Don't suggest it! Disappointed!

Never again, a list of disappointments.- staff incompetent and unfriendly- room dirty and small, we had to remove almost 20 black long hairs from the duvet and pillows- noisy rooms, people walking in and out all night long and the only working coffee machine, which made a lot of noise, was used all night long.- breakfast was 10 euros per person but what you get after a long wait is not even worth a euro. As we now read in the reviews of others, the coffee maker in the "restaurant" was still broken. According to the staff, the machine had only just broken, so we had to go get coffee at the lobby. There were also no plates or cups provided at breakfast, I had to eat from a napkin and drink coffee from a paper cup.All in all a place never to book a room.

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel room was clean and the entire hotel made a clean impression. The location was easy to find, which is definitely a plus. The service was fine, nothing to complain about. For the price and the quality you get, I think this hotel is an absolute winner. You can find similar hotels in the area for around €100 per night, so this hotel certainly offers value for money. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area!

The room (without air conditioning) is very warm (26 degrees) while it is 15 degrees outside in September. The ventilation system runs continuously and makes a lot of noise. It smells like sewage smell from the bathroom. You can see from the tiling and finishing in the bathroom that it had to be done quickly and cheaply. The breakfast was okay, but we had difficulty getting breakfast fifteen minutes earlier. We stayed here for two nights due to a trade fair at the Expo, but we will not go to this hotel again next year.

Real dirty hotel ! Very small room ... it just stinks from the moisture from the shower that can flow into the room through an opening in the door and onto the laminate flooring that is already full of moisture!! .Like the skirting boards of the door inside the bathroom, and the extractor in the closed bathroom doesn't work either!!!!, causing your tiny room to be full of steam from showering....the refrigerator is next to your bed and the wall...of which the door is cannot be opened and dead insects are lying next to it...sealant edges were applied by a 3-year-old toddler, not to behold! Beds and pillows are a disaster!!! Not even 5eur worth this hotel just stay away!!!. Had room 11!!

Rare bad hotel. 28 degrees in the bedroom, the smell of a carcass from the air conditioning. Minibar that doesn't work. No coffee in the morning, machine was broken the day before, we heard from the other guests. Breakfast turned out to be delivered to your own room without this being stated and was also far below par.We will never come here again.

The hotel is far from Amsterdam. We arrived in our room (the bed was not made, shower gel half filled...) the air conditioning was broken, it ran all night, it was cold. The breakfast leaves something to be desired, we eat in a room with lots of boxes.

We recently stayed at the MA airport hotel and our experience was unfortunately disappointing. First of all, breakfast was served late twice, both times with a 25 minute delay. This made for a messy start to our days.In our room the toilet seat was broken, which caused an inconvenience. The air circulation also suddenly turned on very loudly at 11:00 PM, which seriously disrupted our night's sleep. When this was mentioned to reception, they said it was no problem.The breakfast, which was charged extra, was very weak. The coffee was on the bland side and there was no more apple & fruit juice on the second day.Unfortunately, these negatives have affected our experience in such a way that we will not return here. There are certainly areas for improvement that the hotel can address to offer future guests a more pleasant stay.

Booked in the morning with booking because the cheapest in the evening at 7.00pm I arrive at the hotel and I am informed that the air conditioning doesn't work... They could have said it earlier! They tell me that if I want I can cancel... Ok but where was I going at that time? They kindly offer me a fan.. But I was hot all night. PS. The room was nice and the bathroom too but the toilet seat was broken so I immediately notified the reception who kindly asked me if I wanted to change rooms.

Was here to have a vacation and stayed in a hotel, everything was actually good but when you go into the room you can't find any furthest away and that's the problem it gets very stuffy but otherwise everything is good and the staff is also very friendly kind

For my wedding I booked a hotel for a friend and her husband. She said the room almost fell apart. A shower head almost hit her head. She was then given another room, which was still quite okay, but in the evening they turned off the air conditioning. And the air conditioning was not even an air conditioning, but some kind of fan. The second night she went to sleep in a chair because the bed was not good. She had a really bad experience and luckily she was only there for 2 nights...

Clearly a hotel that is far from finished. The photos on the website look promising. But the reality is completely different. No bedside tables. No daily cleaning. Paint splatters on the floor, sticker residue on furniture. The finishing of the room is noticeably sad. According to the receptionist, the rooms were not ready yet. And yet rent it out as a ruin. There is no restaurant or bar! For drinks I can recommend the Bastion hotel next door (friendly staff!)! The breakfast buffet was on the meager side, coffee was not a success. First and last time booking here.

I recently stayed at this newly opened three star hotel and I am very happy with my experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was well looked after during my stay and would definitely return. A great choice for a pleasant stay, I definitely recommend it!

Quite a new hotel, which was very satisfactory. We found the service to be very friendly. The room furnishings could perhaps be improved a bit, for example with a mirror etc. The bathroom was very large, but could not be locked.But it's still quite new, so that might be added. Also, there is no elevator, but we were offered help carrying it up. There is a coffee machine downstairs and croissants were left out every morning for you to help yourself to.There are also enough parking spaces and it was easy to find directions. There isn't too much to do in the town itself, so you would have to drive out or walk into the city center (about 30 minutes on foot).So all in all recommended!
