Stayed here with my partner as we are big gamers and thought this would be ideal. We thought the man on the desk throughout our stay was quite rude and we felt uncomfortable when checking in or asking for a drink from the bar because he had to stop whatever game he was playing to get it.Room was okay but shower was great, however the linen closet was right next to our room and we constantly heard banging from cages being moved and this would happen very early morning and late at night so we struggled to sleep a lot!Location is ideal however. 5–10 minutes walk from all key locations in any direction and tram services right on the Main Street in front of the hotel!

A few days before the stay, my partner called the hotel and asked why he should pay the full price for the hotel in advance. (We don't know that). The person on the phone said, "Are you kidding me? I'm hanging up now." And hung up. Very strange behavior for a completely normal question. When checking in the staff was not friendly. We had booked a double room. The room was less than 10 square meters. The bathroom door barely opened because of the two beds.My partner had his bed right next to the heater so he slept very cramped and uncomfortable and bumped into the heater. You couldn't move the beds. There was a safe on the only bedside table. Above the safe was the “wardrobe”. A bar with 6 hangers. So the bedside table wasn't usable because otherwise we wouldn't have been able to hang anything up.The bathroom smelled very disgusting the entire stay.A gassed person had probably forgotten his used razor in the shower. This was not removed by the cleaning staff. Both thresholds (entrance door and bathroom) are raised and not barrier-free! I stumbled several times because I don't expect such things. There was no closet, no space, no do not disturb sign.It was very, very warm in the room even though the heating was off. We had to keep the window open the whole time, but that meant you could hear the traffic of cars all the time. There were LED strips in the room and bathroom. Only the one in the bathroom worked. The heater in the bathroom is rusty and is disintegrating or losing its color. Our room was very noisy. It sounded like we didn't have a door when there were other people in the hallway. The cleaning staff was so loud that I wondered if they were hitting the vacuum cleaner on every corner or wall they could find. Very unprofessional. All of these points made us feel very uncomfortable in the hotel. The breakfast was not good as the baked goods were old and fell apart when you ate them. It's not a normal breakfast but a packed bag that you can take with you. Accordingly, only a small amount and only a sweet spread.180€ per night for a double room of this size and all the defects is a rip-off for us.The motto “Gaming” was implemented very nicely. That's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The hotel is right next to a park and you can quickly reach the tram and shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

The concept is nice if you like 80s video games, or if you come with children. The hotel is well located. We had a room for three which overlooked the street. The insulation is poor and you can hear a lot of street traffic. …

This was booked as a last minute trip. And I'm so pleased I picked this hotel. Walking in just takes you back years and years so many memories come flooding back you forgot you even had. And the staff were amazing. I hope to come back some day. Thank you so much

Hotel is dirty and ancient, food and drink is overpriced. Rooms are very small and not the cleanest too be honest. The fact you pay too stay in an arcade hotel then have too pay £12.50 too use the arcade is madness. Staff were ok and nice too talk too when they could be bothered. Very overpriced for the experience in all honesty. I definitely would not stay here again.
