Friendly welcome, spacious room, decent breakfast but nothing more.Cleaning of the room too average (hair in the towels, in the bed, clumps of dust under the bed, night tablets, and bag of chips left on the window sill).Lack of time, seriousness?Apart from that, good location, calm for the moment (they install the tram in front of the hotel).

The absolute worst hotel in Amsterdam. The door is almost hanging off its hinges. There are unbearable loud noises all night long. The hygiene is horrible, absolutely no effort made. The room is like a prison cell with no windows. I strongly advise against staying here. I didn't sleep a wink last night.

Been here several times to give training in Amsterdam. Simple rooms but neat and clean. Contemporary bathroom. I sleep wonderfully there. No problems with ambient noise. Good price/quality. Properly regulate the temperature in the room.

We arrived and they asked us for a deposit of €240 which was not reported anywhere.... small rooms with no windows with hair everywhere. Located in Noord a dead zone of Amsterdam

The place has a nice location. The rooms have a lot of space. The price for what they offer I think is high. My experience was bad on this place.First of all in the room there are 2 single beds who keep falling appart and they have some kind of plastic underneath that is really uncomfortable to sleep. As you see on my video the shower was leaking. 2 bathroom towels had holes on them and not very clean or good quality. There is no hair dryer, no tea maker, no safe, no slippers, no telephone on the room. The stairs to get to the 3rd floor were horrible. To try and climb with a heavy suitcase is impossible.And the outer door is always closed so somebody from reception has to open it. I wouldn't suggest this place.

This is by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. However, I have to kick myself, I didn't do proper research and it was too late to cancel, there's a great Holiday in Express just around the corner for €50 cheaper and with all the comforts. How you can even offer such a place at this price (€170 without breakfast) is bordering on usury. Conclusion Your own fault 😩

The general rooms are quite comfortable. The receptionist desk is 24 hours and friendly, especially the lady on duty in the morning. I didn't try breakfast because it was quite expensive. Location is not too far from the metro. There is no elevator, so you have to lift your suitcase up a small and dark staircase

Dissatisfied despite upgrade.Paid more than 200 euros. TV didn't work, when I got there I had to pay 30 euros extra (while 180 euros should have been all-inclusive according to the internet), location was disappointing, room was tidy, but 210 euros was just too expensive

I was scheduled to stay at IHotel May 21 to 24. My partner had a head injury and has been hospitalized and will require surgery. I contacted the hotel and they had said it was unfortunate and would not be able to refund me for my stay. I find that they have left a very bad taste in my mouth. We can provide information about his hospitalization. I would have understood if they took a fee for cancellation and I have given them enough notice which I am sure they will be able fill the room with another guest. Just be warned if you stay here and for unseen circumstances you will not get your money back very poor customer service. I will make sure if I ever do get a chance to get to Amsterdam I will not be staying here!

/ Positive:The room looked as expected. Clean sheets on the bed. Good location with cycling distance of approx. 15 minutes incl. ferry from Amsterdam Centraal. There was a supermarket nearby./ Negative:Very boring treatment from the staff, who gave a disinterested impression. We had to wait an hour before we got access to the room, even though it was supposed to be ready at 14:00 (we arrived at 15:00 and had to wait until about 16:00).The room was perfectly clean but worn; in the bathroom there was mold on the shower curtain and holes in the towels (which were certainly clean). No proper clothes storage but only a narrow cupboard to hang a couple of jackets in. The fridge in the room didn't work; we pointed this out but it was not fixed during our stay. There was also no safe in the room.On one occasion, we had hung the sign with "do not disturb" on the handle to the room, but when we came back after a day out, the sign was gone and the room was still cleaned. We hope this was a mistake, but the staff at the hotel didn't seem to care about this intrusion, only giving us a new sign to hang up.The breakfast was not affordable for the range./ Overall:We do not recommend this accommodation, especially for a longer stay. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep for 1 night, this could possibly be an option.
