Do not be fooled by the building by looking at the photo. Because the hotel has nothing to do with this building. Because when you enter a hotel, you expect a reception, right. No, it is not like that. You enter the building and you are greeted by a courtyard. You see an entrance and an elevator on the left. You go up to the 4th floor, again to a place like a balcony. you are leaving. A room and there is the reception. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The corridor smelled like a stink. The lights in the room were dim and it was a gloomy room. The cold was coming in through the window of the room and the central heating system was not working.

Location is good,Room temps ain’t oké, it’s hot and damp Guess that’s why there is mould all over the bathroom ceiling.Even with the window open, which is also on the hallway outside and a smoking area, and allows people to enter the room.Has a airco system but broken, ai not working or intentionally shut down.Personal opinion.Square toilet seats are a crime.

Rooms are small but clean. The bathroom, on the other hand, is very nice and spacious enough. The balcony door could only be opened halfway due to lack of space and the door fell open against the bed. The breakfast is really very limited and I certainly don't recommend it. Reception was very friendly upon receipt. So in short, great if you are only there to sleep and shower.

Problems with pipe odors and no air conditioning. So we had to wait at reception for everything to be repaired, the receptionist was responsive and we obtained compensation

The organization can be expanded. The rooms are cheaply furnished, lack maintenance and cleanliness. The bathroom in particular looks modern at first glance, but the ravages of time take its toll.

They have shampoo and shower gel, but no soap dispenser. They have a pen on the desk, but it has no function like the reception desk on the 4th floor with poor support.I pay EUR 195 per night and only one good point is they have a refrigerator. You can find other good hotels in Netherlands as the similar price and I will not come back.

Room was clean but very small. The facilities did not correspond to a 4 star hotel. Exposure in the bathroom is extremely bad, no bath mat, empty tissue box, mirror partially blind, missing covers and single-layer toilet paper. Loveless room. Breakfast very simple. Toast with a little cheese/sausage selection. Coffee machine broken. The staff was very friendly and tried hard, but at the same time overwhelmed having to serve the reception and breakfast. We expected much more. Too bad! The location was good.
