Very good hotel! Spacious and very clean room.A little far from the city but we are there in 20 minutes by tram. The tram is located 2 minutes from the hotel, which is really a plus.Concerning the lunch, it is very good but 18€ is quite a budget..

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at XO Hotels Couture and really enjoyed it. It was super convenient to take the tram right into town as a stopping point was right outside the hotel. It was also very modern with the room and clean. A great value!

I checked in on Friday, 18th October, having traveled to Amsterdam for the marathon. Welcomed by such friendly, helpful and welcoming staff at reception, I found the online check in platform and self help room card generation a pleasure. Up to my room and the amazement at the space and modern finish. Super clean, every necessary amenity and as nice as new! Great variety of breakfast options and just an all round positive and comfortable experience. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam.

Coffee service will be perfect if existed, not only venting machines for the customers.
Also, ability to choose brand of varius coffees in the room will be perfect too!

The room was comfortable, but we had a problem with a blocked shower drain. Breakfast was ok, but overpriced for what it was. Most disappointingly, service was bad. Don't expect to be greeted or assisted in any way here. Check in is via a terminal, even though somebody stands right by. Our shower drained slowly, causing a flood in the bathroom, and wetting clothes. After mopping it up so I could shower too, I went down and complained to the front desk. A classy gesture at this point would have been to offer us breakfast on the house. They just said sorry, but that there was nothing else they could do, and said I should email the manager. Anyway, we had breakfast, I emailed the manager, then we checked out. I got a response from the hotel manager, Agni, two days later saying that as I had only complained at check out (not true) they couldn't do anything about it. They also ironically thanked me for cleaning up for them. This is a dreadful lack of responsibility, both for having inadequate shower maintenance, and the impact caused by this.This is a very rare negative review of a hotel for me. My advice - spend your money where you'll be better treated.PS Agni, your email was an opportunity to turn a 3 star experience into a 4 star one, not the 2 star one you achieved. 👏

My stay was lovely at first. The staff cold and indifferent but the amenities were good.A couple few hours after checking out I realised I left a charger in the room. After contacting they refused to check, after insisting the claimed to check but they clearly are stealing the lost and found! So make sure not to leave anything.Very disappointing, that charger was very valuable on the personal level for me not cost wise and to have it stolen by hotel staff is just shocking! For the manager who reads this, have very clear that you should be ashemed!!

A clean and tidy hotel with a very spacious room, which is unusual in Europe. Its advantage is the tram station at the door. Its drawback is that the colors of the carpet are depressing and the room is full of an annoyingly large number of storage cupboards. But it is very clean and in a very quiet area

The location is fantastic and check in and check out is easy. The rooms were clean but the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock with what felt like a spring digging into our backs the entire time. If you’re a side sleeper expect to feel like your hips and shoulders are bruised. We stayed for 7 nights and slept horribly every night. If you don’t care about sleep then it’s a great hotel.

I checked in. The hotel seemed pretty dirty in the hallways, but in fairness it has black carpet so that is easy to see crumbs and dirt. In the room, as I always do I checked for bed bugs. Here is the photo of the mattress, you decide. The hotel refused to refund my prepaid money. Avoid

Really nice, clean & quite rooms.Everything feels new and clean.Very friendly & helpful staff.The hotel is located very close to public transport.We didn’t try the breakfast though, as we weren’t sure how vegan friendly it would be.Everything else lived up to our expectation, so we would definitely consider to stay here again next time we’d visit Amsterdam.

Worth a visit. There is a covered parking space for €20 a day which is worth it. Amsterdam city center is easy to reach by tram number two, the stop is right outside the door. There is an extensive breakfast and the lobby is very comfortable. However, we found that the bathroom was a little too dark, which wasn't too bad. But we found a lot of used make-up material under our bed, which was probably overlooked when cleaning, which is why we only give it four stars. But I would come back again, just because of the connection to the city center, the parking garage and the price-performance ratio.

The rooms are very unsafe. With the room cards, everyone in the hotel has access to the rooms. During our visit, two drunk men came into our locked room in the middle of the night and spit all over our bathroom. When we reported this to the receptionist nothing was done, there was no apology and they were very rude. In a way: What should we do now... We were offered to change rooms, but my question as to whether another room would be safer was answered with "no". A disgrace for a 4 star hotel.

Very good hotel. With self check-in, very clean and comfortable and spacious rooms. They fix them every day. They have a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room with coffee capsules and hot water option for teas and infusions. The bathroom products are good and they replace them whenever necessary. Plus, it's great communicated. It has tram 2 at the door, which takes you to the center in 20 minutes. You can also get here in 20 minutes from the airport by taking bus 369 to Antwerpenbaan and there changing to tram 2 towards Central Station.It has supermarkets and cafes nearby and it is a very quiet neighborhood.
