We stayed here for one night on business.Rooms were clean, but nothing special.We were lucky to be able to check in after 6 p.m. and were still warmly welcomed.Only three stars because I don't understand the price for the service and I was very disappointed with the breakfast.Was a run-of-the-mill breakfast with juice, sausage, cheese, yoghurt and egg.However, in this day and age, a little more consideration for vegetarians etc. would be recommended.There was basically cheese, jam and yoghurt for veggies. Even the scrambled eggs had ham in them. I would like more here, even if it's just simple additional things. An almond milk, extra bacon for scrambled eggs so that you can also eat it as a vegetarian, 1-2 small packages of veggie spread, which are also individually wrapped and sealed.

We were only there for one night, but there was nothing to complain about.Check-in was possible earlier than expected.The hotel has a nice central location.The room was newly renovated and the bathroom was also very new.Breakfast was available until 11 a.m. and was both complete and very tasty.Only recommended!

Highly recommended! We spent 4 nights including breakfast here. All employees are extremely friendly and always in a good mood. The rooms were very clean, a bit noisy - but it didn't bother us at all!The breakfast was fresh and absolutely sufficient: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, croissants, rolls, bread, lots of cold cuts and much more. Breakfast times for us were until 11 a.m., so very late riser-friendly ;)The location is super central, both to the “city” and to the beach.Thank you for the lovely stay, we would love to come back!

First of all, the hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities as there is no elevator. It is centrally located at the monument, the sea is almost on the doorstep.We cannot understand the bad reviews.We received a very friendly welcome and experienced nothing but friendliness and good service from the entire staff during our stay.We had room 20 on the third floor, facing the back yard, the room/bathroom were renovated, a bit small, but it didn't bother us and everything was very clean. One more socket in the room would be nice, but it's not the end of the world. There is a refrigerator and a hairdryer, as well as free Wi-Fi and very comfortable mattresses. It's a bit noisy, but we didn't have any sleepless nights. Hearing doors, voices in the hallway and the occasional shower or toilet from other guests wasn't a disturbing factor for us and wasn't really a noise either.The breakfast buffet has a good selection, completely sufficient and tasty. We also ate cake in the afternoon, which we baked ourselves and were very tasty.We'll be back.

The rooms were super noisy.The bathroom was equipped with the bare necessities and had been renovated, but there was brownish water coming out of the shower, sink and toilet, which didn't go away even after letting it run for a long time.The TV sounded like a tin can and the carpet that had been laid was full of mostly white stains.The breakfast was good overall with enough choice.The location is at least nice and central and you can get to the beach in 3 minutes.All in all, the price of around €360 for 2 nights is far too high for the room, inflation or not, the price-performance ratio is not right here.

An older hotel in a good location that still needs some renovations.Either the room was good and the bathroom left something to be desired or vice versa.However, we had a double room, which in terms of size was more suitable for a single room.The breakfast was very good, selection and taste without complaint.

I was there for one night and was very dissatisfied.Unfortunately my room was on the ground floor between the kitchen and the hall. The room was so bright that I had the feeling that I was lying on the bed in the kitchen. Nobody kept the night's rest either, so I couldn't sleep until 12:30 a.m. and was awake again at 5:30 a.m. when the staff prepared everything in the kitchen. For the price it was absolutely not okay so I can't recommend it. The service was ok and the location of the hotel was perfect

2020: The hotel is simply equipped, but offers everything you need. The breakfast is rich and varied and the staff is always friendly and uncomplicated.Update 2023:The hotel is still simply furnished, although the café area has been refurnished and minor repairs have been carried out. However, the new owner is selling these as “modernizations” and is therefore demanding a surcharge of a whopping 75% from 2024. You can do it but not with us.In addition, the service at breakfast was really bad. You could be happy if you received a reply to a “Good morning,” but that didn’t mean that the ladies would take their eyes off their smartphones. The breakfast itself was still rich and varied.
