Service of a different kind!Here you will be helped even though you are not a hotel guest.My girlfriend and I wanted to spend a night on Norderney. There was a problem booking our actual accommodation...Since we could no longer reach the last ferry, we were homeless at this point.After countless phone calls and personal questions to various hotels, we tried our luck at the Hotel Georgshöhe. Here we finally met Ms. Prestin, who immediately took care of our problem. She gave us other addresses where we should try our luck. Since all the hotels seemed to be fully booked, we returned and spoke to Ms. Prestin again. She didn't hesitate for long and called a colleague. In fact, a room became available there at short notice and we were able to move into it.So our thanks go to the restaurant team and especially Ms. Prestin! Our next Norderney vacation will definitely take place in this hotel.Best regards,Sascha Mielke

A beautiful hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. I booked a single room that was absolutely the right size. It takes a bit of getting used to the small single bed. If you want to watch a little TV in the evening, you can't do it from bed.The TV is not mounted very well. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, the coffee could have been a little hotter. I then switched to tea. The pool is fantastic - but you can also feel comfortable with other guests. This habit of reserving a beach chair at the pool and then lying down with the lounger next to it and not handing over the basket even when asked is really cheeky.The ability to walk across the street in a bathrobe and go into the sea is fantastic.A great wellness area with competent staff. I was happy to take advantage of it.Certainly not my last trip to this beautiful hotel!

We were here for the second time and it was perfect again... nice, large rooms and the staff was very accommodating, nothing was left to be desired - since the weather was excellent, we used the beautiful, large pool area, with a seawater pool, simply wonderful! So we can only recommend the hotel, everything is really right here!

Hotel room facing the lake with shower/toilet was okay, but relatively small. Wellness/sauna not used, therefore without assessment. There are lifts, but there are a few steps to reach them. Not ideal for people with walking difficulties.Young service team in the restaurant, some with communication problems, but that was acceptable. Breakfast buffet and half board okay, but not exceptional.Unfortunately, the gourmet restaurant disappointed us; we had completely different expectations under "Gourmet".The outdoor area facing the lake is minimalist, a few high tables, bar stools, 1 parasol. Comfortable is different.

We have lived regularly at Georgshöhe since 2012. It was very nice again this year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For us as a family, the hotel offers an “all-round carefree package” with the pools, the wellness area and the fitness room, no matter what the weather!

We just sat outside on a bench. Rooms from the third floor upwards are interesting. Otherwise you won't see the tides.
