We were able to enjoy great, quiet accommodation in the guest house, the room, bed, everything was new and very well maintained, our bicycles had a safe place to park in the house, the friendly welcome and the individual breakfast were unique. A big thank you, we'll be back

We looked for a spontaneous place to stay overnight (without any great demands) and found an oasis of well-being that we would have wanted to find and experience if, as usual, we had searched longer and more intensively for accommodation for ourselves. Everything was great, especially the breakfast and the warm manner of the hosts.

Very nicely and lovingly furnished. Very clean..very nice contact, unfortunately only 4 stars because you can't really darken the room...only very light pleats and a very thin curtain... That's the only thing you can complain about

We are absolutely thrilled with the modern, very special accommodation with an extraordinary concept. We were thrilled by the modern, large living room and bedroom, which has been thought through down to the last detail, with the absolutely comfortable and high-quality box spring bed and the great bathroom. In the morning, Ulrike prepared a delicious surprise breakfast in the stylish kitchen-living room and we were then able to have breakfast whenever we wanted. Ulrike and Dirk are very hospitable, warm and particularly attentive. The bicycles can be safely parked in the house. We felt very comfortable here from the first moment and recommend the accommodation 100%. If we are in the area again, definitely with Ulrike and Dirk.

After a stormy and rainy journey by bike, we received a warm welcome. The bicycles have a safe place to park in the house.The room is modern and stylishly furnished.Breakfast was lovingly prepared and provided in the kitchen/dining area of the guest house. We particularly liked the peace and quiet and the ambience, as well as the warmth of Ulrike and Dirk. Unfortunately we were only here for one night as our cycling trip continues. You can actually stay here for a long time.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this guest house. The original brick structure of what was the storage building next to the old windmill was preserved despite a complete renovation of the interior. The result is an upper floor with two very large double bedrooms (huge comfortable beds) with en-suite bathrooms which are also large. Downstairs there is a very well equipped kitchen in a room filled with light from ceiling to floor windows. In addition to the dining table there are comfy chairs to relax in after a meal or just gathering with friends for a coffee. The decor style of all the rooms is Scandinavian-classy, clean, and airy.During our stay we especially enjoyed the farmers market in Nordenham, and the restaurant Kachelstuebchen for delicious fish. We took the ferry to Bremerhaven and experienced Auswandererhaus-an ingenious theme museum. If you are biking you can travel the scenic route along the dike from Burhave to Blexen. Don’t miss the small beer truck by the little fishing port Fedderwardersiel.Ulrike and Dirk are super hosts and, luckily for me, their English is flawless. They live next door in the renovated windmill.

Top recommendation from my sister! From the first phone call, Ulrike gave us a warm welcome! We immediately felt at home! Everything has been furnished with great attention to detail and is super clean. Everything has been thought of in the rooms, the shared kitchen/living room is perfectly equipped, and breakfast is generously prepared! We definitely recommend it and will come back, definitely!!

The hotel is highly recommended. The journey was uncomplicated and pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Ulrike and Dirk.We visited the "East Room", which is very modern and of high quality. The entire hotel was very clean. In addition, the breakfast in the morning, which was prepared for us by the hosts, offered a large selection of delicacies.We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel next time we are in Burhave.

Ulrike and Dirk are super nice and very thoughtful, but not intrusive and very helpful. We had the room facing east. It is furnished to a very high standard in Scandinavian style and the architecture fits very well with the old mill in which the two of them live.There are lots of mudflats to see and a lot of peace and quiet all around.We'd love to come back!

The guest house is something very special with its location at the historic mill. The room has a very upscale, stylish interior. The large kitchen invited you to a hearty breakfast.The landlords are very nice, the booking and arrival were very pleasant.We felt completely at home here and are happy to recommend this beautiful guest house.

That was a really nice stay. The room is well equipped and has high quality furniture, slept really well. The bathroom invites you to linger. You immediately feel comfortable. Very nice and attentive hosts. We enjoyed breakfast. Always happy.
