Great hotel in incredibly beautiful surroundings. We were there with our dog. Very nice staff and excellent food.It was a wonderful weekend for people and dogs.We'd love to come back.

Nice, quiet hotel in a secluded location. Friendly staff, great food early to late. Personally, I miss the wellness area. But it should come soon. Recommended, even or especially with a dog.

I stayed at the Waldhotel in October and was thrilled. Room great. Super nice employees. The breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive. I felt completely comfortable. I'd love to come back next year.

Very idyllic location. Right on the Fichtelsee.Very nice vintage style.The restaurant was fully booked. The waiters (all male 😀) were very attentive and quick.The food was really delicious.Perfect for birthdays or weddings

We celebrated our civil wedding here and it was great. The suite is a dream and our every wish was fulfilled. The food is amazing and went down very well. The communication and service were also top. The region is also super beautiful for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back.Kind regards to the team!

I recently stayed at the Hotel am Fichtelsee and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are beautifully designed and feature many wooden accents, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and offered a wide range of delicious options to start the day right.Additionally, the hospitality we experienced during our group tour was first class. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

I can't judge the room because I only ate.Important for moped drivers, unless you're staying overnight, you can't drive to the door, but it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the southern parking lot. But the journey is worth it and not just because of the view.The food was very good, sauerbraten/schnitzel/spinach dumplings and soup were at the forefront. Everything was delicious and the service was very good and friendly, even though the restaurant was pretty full when we arrived. A good time window is shortly after 1 p.m., when all the "12 o'clock eaters" are leaving and the "cake eaters" aren't there yet. There is also plenty of space for jackets, helmets, etc. If it is still open outside, the view of the lake from the wooden terrace is very nice.It's also great that the service and kitchen took our extra allergy request into account.Gladly again and keep it up!

The surroundings are amazing, if you like running or hiking you've come to the right place. The food is very tasty, the breakfast is amazing...staff very friendly...will go there again sometime...really great

I can't comment on the room because I only ate. The meals were excellent. But what really impressed me is that these days there are actually friendly, funny and competent staff who always keep an eye on everything despite the full house. thank you for the great evening.

Can only judge the restaurant. Really extremely tasty, haven't eaten like this in a long time, at very fair prices and friendly staff. Very cozy and decoration that is pleasant and not too much at the same time. Clear recommendation

Good food, great location, nice rooms. Unfortunately, the entire building is quite poorly ventilated, especially the guest room resembles a sauna when it is busy. Perhaps ventilation or at least an appropriate ventilation regime would be helpful.
