I booked The Hidden through Booking.com.€240 was debited from my credit card for two nights.Despite written booking confirmation and payment confirmation, my booking apparently hadn't arrived.The same room “coincidentally” was still available for €400.Totally outrageous and bold.

I haven't seen the service so I can't judge. I think it's a dump. Collective bathrooms and dirty. The residents are workers and it is noisy in the evenings!

This hotel is more of a youth hostel.The welcome is very good and the bedding is correct.The big problem with this establishment is hygiene.The toilets and showers are very dirty (marks on the walls, in the corners, permanent stagnant water on the floor, etc.).A person washes every day but carefully avoids the dirty parts (this is an achievement).

This property is awful! 1 month before my trip to Berlin they sent me a message claiming that the property has been sold to a new owner, so my booking cannot be honored and I must cancel my stay. Then, since with is extremely odd, I contacted the booking.com for more information (I booked through booking.com). The next day booking.com responded stating that, as I am under 18 I am not allowed to stay at the hostel…I am almost 30 years old. This property is just trying to scam me into cancelling my room so that they can re-book the room at a higher cost to other guests.

The name says it all, finding this hostel is quite difficult the first time. But it's worth it, you get nice accommodation. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, you will find good accommodation here. The rooms could be cleaned better and damaged items could be repaired, but it was enough for our stay.

Super dirty hostel!!!The rooms are completely shabby and, like the rest of this accommodation, apparently are not cleaned.The shared bathrooms are very dirty and run down.The showers have never seen a limescale cleaner or cleaning sponge!We had booked for several nights, but canceled the stay after the first night because the conditions there were really catastrophic.Unfortunately we have not received a refund for the unused nights.We would never have thought that such conditions existed in a German hostel.It really was absolute horror!

Absolutely shabby hostel.We booked for 2 nights and left after the first.The conditions in the shared bathrooms can be seen in the photos. The rooms did not correspond at all to the photos on the internet and were shabby and sometimes dusty. In general, it seems as if they tried to make as much profit as quickly as possible from old office buildings with limited resources (mainly cheap). The biggest shame, however, was that we didn't get our money back for the unused overnight stay! For me personally, the whole thing is a certain kind of deception...

Staff is fine, but he had no chance to help because they do not care about your needs. There are relatively relax , because they are aware that it is hard to find a room in Berlin. This situation is affecting serve of business.Pro: LocationCons: No drink water, no slippers in room, bathroom /toilets are not clean, no reception at late time, etc.

Very good central location in Berlin.Subway station approx. 300m away.Bus station directly opposite.Very friendly staff!The rooms are clean and some have their own bathroom, otherwise there are shared showers and toilets.Unfortunately, both of our rooms were already very worn out. Tiles were missing in the bathroom. The shower holder was hanging a little loose on the wall.The room itself was simply furnished.Walls and furniture were badly worn.Bed and pillows OK.A notice:There is no coffee or tea in the hostel in the morning.However, there are several options for breakfast nearby.Conclusion:OK for one or two nights in good weather.Price is appropriate for the good location but not for the condition of the rooms.Conditionally recommended.

The hotel is very hidden, it is inside a building and is located on the fourth floor. It is signaled only by a bell and nothing more. It is accessible by an elevator which is not always in operation, so be prepared for stairs.The structure in general is not the best, equipped with a common room with a nice design (but not comfortable), bathrooms and showers leave something to be desired, some a little ruined and dirty.The room was small in size with ruined walls and not very clean (lots of dust).Decent bed but too big pillow.Hole in the door and windows not all working (and dirty).It is definitely worth spending a few more euros for a better structure.Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos and design, I definitely don't recommend it.
