We had "apartment" No. 15, in my opinion a converted garage, which doesn't appear on any booking photos from the outside. It's furnished with furniture from who knows who, or at least that's what it looks like.Every time we came back, we were greeted by a slightly musty smell, despite intensive ventilation.In my opinion, the “kitchen” didn’t deserve the name at all. In order to use the stove, the tablet with the coffee machine and kettle had to be removed - but where to? There was no storage space at all. The WiFi was almost non-existent. And the cleanliness in the bedroom still had potential for improvement, see photos. There were black mold joints in the bathroom and the shower is not for people who can no longer move so well - a shower tray that is much too high and not safe.The only positive thing was: the quiet location and that the mattresses were okay and the storage room for the bikes, even if it was slightly under water, wasn't my problem. But paying a daily rent of over €90 per day for accommodation at the end of September is really steep. And no, we wouldn't recommend it.But the island is very beautiful and luckily there are so many accommodation options.

The holiday apartments, we booked number 14, are quietly located away from the road. The facility is surrounded by a grassy area and looks quite attractive with the decorations; It's also nice that free parking and storage space for bicycles are available.The apartment seems well divided: large bathroom with a great shower, two bedrooms, a fairly well-equipped kitchenette, a relatively small kitchen-living room, but completely sufficient for two people, a large terrace with a beach chair, table and chairs.In my opinion, the price/performance ratio was not right; Because the apartment would have needed more care, in terms of renovation: e.g. B. Bathroom shelf rusty, moldy silicone seals and moldy tile joints in the shower, wallpaper in the kitchen with lots of stains, living room carpet dirty, curtains in the bedroom faded and therefore looked quite old, dirty tablecloth and sets on the dining table with mildew stains, bicycle garage damp and moldy, at this price you would also expect that the washing machine and dryer could be used free of charge, instead fees are charged for use, the microwave specified in the equipment was not available. Offering this apartment with WiFi is quite daring and, in my opinion, borders on fraud; The internet signal is so weak or non-existent that the WiFi is almost unusable, and apparently the problem is not new.

Very bad reception. The host withdrew into a house without saying hello. Registration was only successful after finding the office, which does not have a bell.

Apartment was okay. The two bosses there, Mr. and Mrs. Eilts, are impossible.

Spacious holiday apartments in a quiet location. Nevertheless, short distances: shopping 50 meters, bus stop 50 meters, center 5 minutes walk, north beach 5 minutes walk (if you know the secret routes).The apartment is well equipped and the large, sunny terrace is a big advantage. During the next renovation, remove a few outdated decorations and you'll get top marks - you can relax here!

Super cozy apartment.

We had a written promise from Ms. Eilts that we could move into apartment No. 9 at Hindenburgstrasse 64 in the morning when we arrived.We told her which ferry we would take.When we got there at around 11:30 a.m. we parked our vehicle in the backyard/parking lot to unload and unload the bicycles and luggage.When we asked if we were allowed to stand there, we were told: “Why shouldn’t you be allowed to stand there?”I had just unloaded the bikes when someone called from the balcony:“If that’s your vehicle, you can’t stop there, otherwise I won’t be able to get through!”We suspect that it is Mr. Eilts, but we don't know for sure because this person has not yet introduced himself.Ms. Eilts then assigned us another spot, to which we had to move the vehicle again a day later.We then went for a walk for about an hour because we hadn't been able to move into the apartment yet - contrary to what we had agreed - and when we then inspected the apartment, we found that a bath towel was not clean, had not been vacuumed properly and... The toilet wasn't completely cleaned either.The next day I called Mrs. Eilts around the afternoon to tell her that ants were coming out from behind the door frame in the second bedroom.Her question: “Don’t you have anything there?” Which meant we checked the pantry to see if there was ant poison in it, and she told me she wanted to take care of it in the evening. We then sprinkled the ant poison in our 5-year-old son's bedroom over the entire period of use.Another 2 days later, she and her husband greeted me and our son in the afternoon with the words:“Hello, get off the lawn. This is not a playground and the neighbors feel harassed.” However, they weren’t even there at the time.Then I mentioned that she wanted to come two days ago to take care of the ant problem.The answer: “They’re never there.” And: “That’s force majeure.”We allowed Ms. Eilts to enter the apartment in our absence in order to solve the problem. I then told her that the openings could be sprayed. By that we meant with silicone or something similar.This didn't happen either. We then accepted this deficiency.Perhaps Ms. Eilts should be advised to put up a sign: “No entry allowed” so that something like this doesn’t happen again.In addition, we believe that it is appropriate to respond to paying guests when greeted.Conclusion from our side: Anyone who works as a service provider must behave politely, even if it is not always easy and you may have a bad day.This couple (or whoever this man is next to Ms. Eilts) should reflect on whether this behavior is appropriate and serves to convince guests to come back.We will definitely not book this accommodation again.
