A very good hotel at the beginning of the really small city. Everything can be done on foot. 4 nights with half board. Good food and friendliness ensured our stay was a success. There was also a lift for older people, which could of course be used by every guest. I can only recommend the hotel.

I stayed at the Oybiner Hof with my travel group (49 people) from September 6th to September 8th, 2024. All fellow travelers were very satisfied with the staff, service and cleanliness of the hotel. The food, whether breakfast or dinner, was also very good and very sufficient. We can also highly recommend this hotel for a holiday in the Zittau Mountains due to its quiet location.The tour group from Thuringia.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights from Friday to Sunday from 8/23 to 8/25. Quiet location in beautiful surroundings, short distance to the Oybiner mountain express and the narrow-gauge railway.Clean rooms, bathroom very good, room furnishings a bit older, but good. nice beer garden. Breakfast isn't excessive but it's enough.Very friendly staff.2 bowling alleys that we used. We were all satisfied.

The hotel is definitely recommended for a short stay. All the employees are very nice and accommodating. Since you don't spend too long in the room, I don't have any negative comments. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There is enough space, even in the smaller rooms. The breakfast is manageable and okay, but if you expect a rich buffet here, you will be disappointed. It's enough to start the day. Given the (perceived) low utilization we had, it was understandable and better than if everything ended up in the trash.

We stayed in the hotel for two days. There are free parking spaces directly at the hotel, which is quite positive as all of them in the area are private or have to be used for a fee.We were immediately told that we had to leave at 11 a.m. so that the parking lot was free again.We were welcomed by a nice lady who immediately gave us some important information, such as the narrow-gauge railway timetable and others.Breakfast was between 8 and 10 am.In the elevator you were then informed by a note that the hot water would be switched off at certain times of the day for reasons of environmental protection and savings.

Beautifully located and run by a warm family. Almost every wish was fulfilled. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is very tasty and beautifully presented. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would like to come again. Thank you for the lovely days with you

Very friendly staff, we liked it, very nice book corners if you're tired from hiking and want to laze around. The breakfast coffee really cheers you up, but I would be happy if the breakfast were served something more delicious, stacked sausage and stacked cheese don't fit in a holiday camp but in such a nice setting. You get full but it doesn't meet today's standards.

We stayed at the Oybiner Hof for three days. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was very friendly and the kitchen was also good. We had half board and the food was always very tasty. The surroundings are unbeatably beautiful. I can't understand the bad reviews.

We have been to this hotel several times and I always felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Great praise!The rooms are actually a bit dated and seem very dark. But it's less of a problem if you spend a lot of time hiking.

The hotel is located directly at the foot of the Oybiner Berg and can be easily reached on foot, but the Oybinxspress also runs to the gates of the castle

It's the little things that only give it 3 stars. Anyone who likes Ostalgie is definitely in good hands. All in all clean and friendly staff, but the breakfast buffet is unfortunately very manageable and so is the menu. But a very self-confident calculation of the wines.Apparently people are more interested in large tour groups (bus tours) than in individual travelers.It's not possible that the sauna is not included in the high room price and costs another €9.00 extra.
