We were hiking nearby and my 4 year old child urgently needed to go to the toilet. That was the only option nearby. A very helpful cleaner had to ask the hotel management who forbade my child from going to the toilet in the guesthouse.Definitely not recommended when children are treated like this!

Simply TOP!As a fitter you get around a lot and you have sometimes good and sometimes bad experiences with the various guesthouses, hotels or, as here, in holiday apartments. It's even nicer when you come across something great like the Pension Waldesruh every now and then.Despite registering at short notice, everything went great. Top price-performance ratio. Great beds. Everything clean and well maintained.My colleagues and I always enjoy coming back.Kind regards, Sven Papp

In today's super-fast Internet age, people often ask themselves how the good reviews came about.So if the hotel receptionist isn't friendly, even aggressive, even at the first proactive telephone inquiry, then I don't understand how that can have anything to do with a good assessment, or even with the word gastronomy.It went like this. This hotel does not publish its prices on its website. The reason is that prices vary. Please call for prices.A lady from the hotel speaks on the phone, she doesn't say the name of the hotel or her own name, so after the motto "Yeah, what's up?" When the voice on the phone came across as really choppy and unclear, despite my good mobile network connection, I politely asked the lady if she could hear me well. But she replied twice in an aggressive, unfriendly voice, "What do you want?" ,"What is this all about?"In such a case, some companies would claim "the employee is not doing well" or "she/he is a trainee"But no customer usually misses this, especially if, as was the case with me, they are over 60 years old and have traveled around a lot.But I also know that there are many companies that, as soon as business is going well, they return to a "0815" routine when it comes to service and the next guest is supposed to crawl on the floor because this, it is assumed, is the one a fine restaurant, one can believe the recessions.Please always be skeptical, no matter what the assessments are, and do me the favor of being skeptical about my assessments, not because I want to spread untruth here in any way, but for reasons of healthy skepticism. Thank you

The Pension Waldesruh is very clean and very well equipped. With TV and internet in the rooms, and the creative terrace, simply brilliant.The landlords are very friendly and helpful. They have good tips on what is best to find where and are always approachable.I felt very comfortable.This guesthouse is highly recommended.
