Idyllischer Bauernhof mit viel Charme

We were there from June 13th to June 15th. 24 there to look at Görlitz and more. We can only recommend this wonderful accommodation! Starting with the hostess, her lovingly prepared breakfast and the rooms. It is for people who love something special and antiques. You can also enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet and the house dog, who enjoys every cuddle and is the first to greet you! We were completely in love with him! 🥰

Extreme caution is required!We booked two nights which had to be paid in advance, we did so and were left with a bad experience. We arrived there at 4:15 p.m. on the afternoon of December 14th, 2023 after a long winter journey and the room was not available, even though it had already been paid for and was generally available from 4:00 p.m. Our navigation system also had problems finding the private driveway and we tried to contact Ms. Michel by phone several times, unfortunately without success. It was probably just a bad fit……….Ms. Michel could have offered us a coffee and a place in her warm lounge, but she sent us away and asked us to come back in an hour. We arrived again at around 5:30 p.m. and were then given a room that did not include a bathroom. We would have had to walk across the hall to use a bathroom. We expressed our disappointment at the unpleasant reception and the lack of a bathroom in the room. Ms. Michel then suggested canceling the booking and refunding us the money via Booking.com. We agreed immediately and left the “idyllic” farm. Despite Booking's intervention, Ms. Michel did not keep her word and after four weeks let us know that she had changed her mind and would not refund us the amount. We have gained one more experience, the good thing is that we found really excellent accommodation closer to Görlitz in less than an hour and were welcomed there in a very friendly and courteous manner.We advise anyone interested in the future to inquire beforehand about arrival times and other modalities and why an advance payment should actually be made. This is generally not common in Germany!Conclusion: there are much nicer and friendlier accommodation options in beautiful Saxony than on Mrs. Michel's farm!!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here. Overall, something very special!

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful time!Important to enjoy and be pampered!The housewife strives to ensure everyone has a wonderful stay! And she does it too!What was particularly nice was the coffee in front of the room door at 6 a.m., I'm an early riser! Was able to enjoy the coffee and the beautiful yard outside in peace!

What a gem! Lovingly furnished rooms, a friendly hostess, a breakfast that left nothing to be desired. We felt at home.

It really is an idyllic farm. Sweetly furnished house, great rooms.Very nice welcome, great breakfast...We will happily stay there again.

We were lucky enough to stay on this beautiful farm during our pilgrimage. The landlady is so warm and has conjured up a wonderful dinner for us starving pilgrims. Like her lovingly designed farm, she is enchanting. Thank you
