The hotel is located on a small, traffic-calmed street not far from the pedestrian zone of the old town. The way to the train station is also not far. At the back there is a small courtyard that serves as the hotel's own parking lot.The breakfast offers changing sausage and cheese platters, different jams, egg dish variations, muesli, etc. ...Delicious...The service is very friendly - especially towards children. 🤗The rooms are cleaned daily.The hotel is highly recommended for a stay in Konstanz. Gladly again next time. 😊

The hotel is right on the Swiss border. The rooms at the back all have a small balcony with a table and chairs. There is also a roof terrace with additional seating for guests.In the evening there are cocktails at the bar. Very nice for longer staysThe entrance to the hotel car park is a bit hidden, as access is on a one-way street.

A week's holiday on Lake Constance, the Hotel Constantia is a very good address. We really liked our room on the 3rd floor because of its proximity to the roof terrace, where you can find peace and quiet. The parking situation is a bit tense, but in our case there was no problem. The gluten-free breakfast discussed was also excellent. You are immediately in the city center and can stop off at many restaurants. The entire staff is very nice and tries hard to solve problems immediately. If we're nearby, we'll definitely come back. Thanks again, Ronald and Cornelia Häring.

The hotel is central and that is both an advantage and a disadvantage. Parking spaces are available, but you should definitely contact reception before parking. Not all parking spaces are immediately visible. They are in the courtyard, which is not accessible from the front of the building.The room is not necessarily well designed. The bathroom has a glass door across the entire width, which is covered with privacy film (not completely). So you can follow every step from bed (possibly important for non-couples)Breakfast is very good and the staff is very attentive!

Fantastic newly-renovated hotel, spotless clean, AIR CONDITIONED, super modern bathroom fixtures, soundproofed, ultra spacious, large amount of closet space, fully stocked mini bar with the finest German wines and soft drinks.I stayed in room 16, which has a lovely patio on the back.Black out curtains, which turned the room completely dark, day and night, ideal for light sleepers like myself.The most comfortable bedding and plush towels. All toiletries in place.Onsite parking for $15/day.The staff was super welcoming and the lady that checked me in took the time to explain all me through all the local attractions.Solid 5-stars! ..Michelin stars in hospitality ✨✨✨✨

In the middle of downtown Konstanz. There are parking spaces in the yard... but it's first come, first served... if all parking spaces are full, there is a public parking garage nearby, or there are parking spaces on the street. Our room was small, modern, well equipped with TV, fridge and small balcony. There is an elevator in the hotel that goes up to the 2nd floor. Guests have to take the stairs to the third floor (if you can't do this, you should specify this when making your reservation). There was a sumptuous breakfast that left nothing (our) wishes unfulfilled. We really liked the friendly, cheerful and very quick staff.

Excellent location on the edge of the city centre. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room being a junior suite. The only note is that the third floor cannot be reached by lift. On the other hand, the reception staff helped us with our luggage. Still to be recommended.

There is nothing to criticize - we got a junior suit - on the top floor, with a wonderful design and view from the window. The rooftop lounge is incredible and a great place to have a glass of wine. The breakfasts are amazing! We will definitely come back here!

Nice clean hotel with perfect location!The room was very narrow with an extra bed.The toilet/shower takes some getting used to as there isn't really any privacy.When you go to the toilet at night and turn on the light, the whole room is brightly lit. What's more, you would be awake by the time you wash up because the door is not 100% tight (hole in the window to open and close).Breakfast was sufficient and value for money was definitely top 👍🏻

A perfectly managed hotel in the middle of the old town of Konstanz, an ideal starting point for an adventure on Lake Constance. The staff is friendly, courteous and highly motivated to fulfill every guest's wishes. Price/performance TOP level. Good facilities.The breakfast corresponds to the standard, but still has room for improvement. A local baker could deliver the rolls, for example.The rooms are quiet and parking is good.The only drawback!! The glass doors in the rooms in the bathroom and toilet!! Privacy is not possible here, unfortunately.....
