Friendliness: can be improvedRoom: apart from the winged guests it was good, but I wasn't the first in the room with such guests -> traces on the walls. An information sheet with detailed information about everything you shouldn't do, and not a friendly word of welcome. Shower and sink drain clogged.WiFi: probably good if you have the code.🤷♂️Breakfast: €14, I've paid elsewhere before, but for such a breakfast you usually pay €7, max. €9, but then also with service!Payment with Mastercard: they wanted a surcharge of €7 for this.Oh yes: no desk, as a business traveler it is difficult to work on a laptop again.Overall, it's a shame, with a little more attention to detail and rethinking the breakfast, just see the guest as a guest and not as a necessary evil, then it could still be something... you can donate for the next building project. Really awesome...Price-performance: negative, in my opinion it is not enough for a school grade of 4

Great food, fantastic location and very humorous and nice “staff”. Martin immediately introduced himself in a very humorous manner. This guesthouse is de facto the best guesthouse in all of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Only to recommend. Book here, not at Seba.😉

Beautifully renovated guesthouse with friendly staff and very clean rooms.There is no criticism, only the suggestion to perhaps dismantle the locking mechanism of the room doors. It can be annoying when the doors slam in the morning but otherwise everything is great.
