Very nice room with a large balcony, modern and rustic (as hoped) with a great view of the valley and the mountains.The breakfast has everything you could want. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (unfortunately we were only there for one night), but the menu sounds really good 😉

+ the location is really unique with a view of the mountains and partly of Lake Chiemsee. Wonderful for everyone who loves peace and mountains!+ our suite was spacious and well equipped for 2 nights, great bathroom and balcony!+ the breakfast is sufficient, but it was hardly refilled after 9 a.m. and the space at the buffet is very limited. Fresh egg dishes would be a big +- the house is partly renovated and partly still under renovation (e.g. sauna). As a guest, I would like construction sites to have better visibility and building materials not to be scattered across the site in many places. The outside area seems "untidy" and uninviting, the ashtray is not emptied regularly etc...that could be better, nicer and with fewer things/materials lying around- Decoration is a matter of taste, but nothing really fits together here, one concept is pursued in one room and another concept in the next, and then something completely different is in the third room. And too much of everything. Either make it Bavarian-modern, or playful, or, or, or... but never all together. This makes it look untidy. In many places there are also things lying around in the house, there is a vacuum cleaner standing around and there are things behind half a privacy screen in the hallway...at least not recommended for purists :)-Rooms: our suite was great, but not enough attention was paid to the details. For example, handwritten information about the renovation was still written on the wall above the bed...- Host: the heart/soul is missing in the house. The employees are all fine, but nobody seems to really enjoy their job there. We missed a “host personality”, someone who pays attention to the details and, for example, checks at check-in which information was provided by the guest (e.g. gluten intolerance). When we checked in, we were told that we should hurry up because the kitchen was about to close. The first impression counts and always lasts...- Due to the compromises described, we found the price not entirely appropriate and overall too high

As hikers, we were surprised by the thunderstorm and arrived there completely soaked. We were given towels and had a hot coffee there. An employee was nice enough to take us to our car in his car after his shift. Very friendly staff. Thank you very much 🙏

Hotel on top of a mountain. Quite a climb by car. Nice view. Nice balconies with good furniture. Lovely bed. Refurbished room. Bathroom and toilets outdated. No air conditioning. Nice staff.

We were able to spend a wonderful day with around 40 people for brunch at the Hotel Adersberg. The owners, the Haase family, and the entire team were extremely friendly and personable as well as competent from planning to execution. The quality of the food was great, the space (meeting room in the former cowshed with beautiful wooden ceilings) was perfect for our group. The waitresses and all the staff in the "background" of the kitchen were very attentive and played a really big part in the very successful day. Very good value for money, highly recommended, thank you very much!

We had wonderful days! Fantastic location. Great service despite the lack of staff here too. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always fresh and individual.Even when cows that had escaped blocked the road and prevented us from leaving, the boss looked after us very kindly and kindly. Bavarian hospitality at it’s best. We would definitely like to come back.

Three days of training were perfectly provided with a lot of friendliness and professionalism.The food is amazing, it couldn't be better.Fantastic view from around 1100 m over the eastern Chiemgau and south into the mountains, from the Gedererwand over the Friedensrat into the Traunsteiner Land.Very nice rooms, very quiet, with a balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning. What can I say?Location greatFacilities topRoom size very spaciousService friendly and professionalFriendliness without words was greatThe location above Grassau is simply a dream.Pure peace and nature.Modern, stylish hotel with rooms and apartments suitable for the Alpine region.Everything is extremely clean and well maintained.As a guest you immediately feel welcome and comfortable here.The quiet location alone on the mountain is priceless.Modern bathrooms are a given here.Smart TV, comfortable large beds, infrared cabin, sauna elevator and wallbox for the car (covered) are all available.Great breakfast, egg dishes are freshly prepared, take the scrambled eggs with bacon, just delicious.In the evening in the restaurant, a great kitchen language, fresh products prepared flawlessly. Plus a fresh half of a barrel or a pint of red, what more could I want on vacation.Once again, dear owner/operator couple.You and your service, kitchen and room service staff are great and friendly too.Many thanks again for two great nights with you.The old saying comes to mind...They came as guests and left as friends.🤗It's great that you started the sauna for my darling, others can take a lesson from that.

So far we have only visited the restaurant. Been here a few times and have never been disappointed. The food is always excellent. The service was polite, hospitable and accommodating. The view of the mountains and partly Lake Chiemsee is beautiful. The location of the hotel is something very special.

Spontaneously passed the hotel on the descentCakes were somewhat carelessly in the display caseService was okay. We were allowed to sit wherever we wanted. Sat in the corner with a view out the window of the parking lot and partly of Lake Chiemsee.Since the service took a little longer, we picked up the menu ourselves. Cheesecake was good. Crumb cake okay.It wasn't that busy and we still waited a little longer for everything.Dining room a bit rustic darkToilets from the 70s.Nicer seating outsideYou can do a lot more with the restaurantPrices on average

I was also part of colleague Charles' group (see below) and my expectations were more than exceeded!!! Warm welcome, excellent cuisine, excellent service, sauna in the basement, perfect location, short drive from Munich/Landshut, rich breakfast, we got the full all-round feel-good package!!!!! We/I will be back, whether in winter or summer it doesn't matter, Chalet Adersberg you are amazing!!!
