The Wolffhotel (Archeryhotel) near Gerolstein is simply beautiful!We were there to do archery and everything was explained and shown to us in a calm manner, after which we were (professionals). 😉We had actually booked a short trial lesson and in the end we simply practiced, shot and talked about really great topics for over 2 hours, despite the not-so-good weather conditions.Mr. Wolff and the whole team were simply extremely nice, competent and full of joy, which will definitely make us go there again more often.We would like to thank you again for the really great experience and wish you all the best in the future!Until then, stay healthy and cheerful!Many kind regardsKerkeling family😁🙏🙌🏼

We spent 2 nights at the Wolffhotel for archery. The course was a bit impassable due to the weather, but the operator can't do anything about that. The rooms are ok. The breakfast was good and the dinner was great. We'll be back in the spring.

Anyone looking for peace and relaxation will find it here. The house is quaint and clean, as is the restaurant in the house. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are numerous and delicious.There is a free sauna and a refrigerator from which drinks can be taken on a trust basis. In the outdoor area there are several play areas for children, as well as a heated log cabin, which also has a refrigerator, a fully automatic coffee machine and snacks on a trust basis.The breakfast buffet offers sausage, cheese, vegan options, yoghurt, fruit and vegetables, as well as various mueslis. Even juice and sparkling wine are available.The price-performance ratio is absolutely satisfactory. We really enjoyed being there and really enjoyed our time.

I don't even know where to begin with praise.The beautiful location of the hotel, in the middle of the forest, was the first compensation for the long journey.Then the nice, friendly greeting. The room with a balcony facing the beautiful courtyard area, with the natural pond and the trout farm, is another highlight. Such peace. Splendid.I was able to enjoy the beautiful hiking trails. All guests and employees are very friendly and empathetic.I was happy to go to the breakfast room in the morning and enjoy the cheerful staff. The plentiful, balanced breakfast offering was a great start to the day.If you want to venture out into the surrounding area, you will find many beautiful sights in the surrounding area.And when you come back to the hotel in the evening, you can expect a great evening menu. The food is very good and you sit comfortably in a chilled, feel-good atmosphere.I was able to relax and unwind and will definitely go there again.The owners and employees do a very good job.Best health to everyone and keep it up.Uta Strate

I was here for archery and hiking in the Vulkaneifel. The location of the hotel is really very good and the hotel's own course is very beautiful and challenging. Breakfast is good and there is something for everyone. You can then order scrambled eggs, boiled eggs or fried eggs at the table. Dinner in the restaurant is very tasty, but if you are there in a larger group, it can take longer. Service is very good and very nice. I'd love to come back.

Today we were in the restaurant of the Wolff Hotel Archery for the first time. Since we come from the Moselle, it's not exactly around the corner - but it was worth every kilometer!The house is in a very quiet, idyllic location on the edge of the forest. We went for a walk - the peace and quiet!!!The restaurant is super cozy.The staff is very friendly, attentive and quick. You immediately feel welcome.The menu leaves you spoiled for choice - not 100 different dishes - but there is something for every taste, including vegetarian and vegan.The starter, main course and dessert were super tasty, the meat was fried to perfection, tender and juicy! You can choose your own side dishes and sauces - I think that's great.We'd definitely like to come back and maybe we'll stay for an idyllic weekend and take an archery course. 😃👏

Hello,Yesterday I was a guest at the Wolffhotel with my wife.We were welcomed by very friendly staff and were then allowed to feast our way through the menu.The dishes were absolutely top notch and the dessert was the icing on the cake.We can highly recommend the kitchen and the staff.Thanks so much!!!We will definitely come back!

We only came here for dinner. We made a reservation in advance and were told that we could sit outside on the sunny side. Once we arrived, they asked where we wanted to sit, but we said we would just sit as recommended (seemed romantic). Outside the sun quickly disappeared and it became cold (6.30 pm). We were also put between a group of motorcyclists who were having drinks and we were simply forgotten. After 30 minutes we asked if we could move from outside to inside. Fortunately, that was possible and after 50 minutes we finally ordered our dinner. Fortunately, that came fairly quickly (15 minutes) and the food itself was tasty. Not excellent, but just good. They didn't come for extra drinks in between, so the experience wasn't great unfortunately.

Beautiful location, we came here for the archery. The instructor was very good, he really took the time to explain everything very clearly and obviously knows a lot. Afterwards, we did the 3D parcours. It was so much fun!! Very well made and such a unique experience, it felt like hiking but with bows and arrows, coming across all kinds of 'prey'. Definitely very fun to do. We also had a delicious meal afterwards.

The restaurant was fantastic, apart from the great food this restaurant is also extremely child friendly. Starting with a children's play area, children eat at a discount and even free of charge up to a certain age. The waiters are extremely friendly and accommodating, something I have rarely experienced before.Keep it up!We were only restaurant guests so I can't say anything about the rooms.

Beautiful Hotel in a beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious with a good shower, sitting area and small kitchenette. Beds could be a little better. You pay by paying the hotel separately with drinks from the beer bar... From Kopp you have beautiful motorcycle routes in the Eifel, Moselle and Hunsruck. Price compared to quality is a bit disappointing...

When you don't speak the language, it's a bit difficult to understand everything. But we managed to communicate. The place is quite well located. Everything is wooded around the hotel. There is a pond, games for children, picnic tables outside. There is also a chalet that smells of wood, in which there is a bar with something to drink, chips, ice cream where you can help yourself and declare your consumption on the last day before departure. We found it incredible that nowadays, there are still people who trust. You don't see that everywhere. On the landing of the room, there is also a fridge in which you can help yourself. And as for the cabin, declare your consumption. Our room is functional, nothing more. We had a very nice view from our terrace. Room service to make the beds (not very thick) change the bath sheets, change the trash cans etc. We would have liked to have excursion suggestions in our language. I also suggest putting a stop to the doors that are used to take the stairs in the hotel. It slams every time someone comes in or out. The walls are not well insulated. We could hear our neighbors, as well as people in the hallway. As for the restaurant, I won't have good reviews. The soups were delicious. And even though I ate my entire plate, it wasn't to my taste. There was a lot of fried food, already well salted fries. I doubt it's local or homemade. On the other hand, the staff is impeccably friendly.

The cuisine: clean, quality but not to our taste, too much fried food not enough vegetables and not everything homemade but these are my tastes, therefore subjective.The room, a little outdated and old-fashioned, no possibility of watching a French-speaking channel, the shower shows some traces of age (black stains). Since we are in the forest, the nights are cold and there is only a small duvet.The door leading to the restaurant slams too many times, an adjustment must be made to soften the closing because at night it is disturbing.Light on the balcony but no switch.Toilet paper arrived already started (I can't stand that) and the shampoo soap was 3/4 empty. Details that are important.Possibility of cooking but too little equipment available.This escapade was made via today's women's magazine, so we hope to find a certain bilingualism, unfortunately nothing in French. No problem, they are understanding and we manage.For walks, the same, all in German so you have to count on 4G but as there is too little wifi we didn't dare venture off the beaten and marked trail, so we stayed there most of the time in our room.So a stay for experienced people, with experience in wild hikes and having prepared their day because apart from walks, there is nothing to do.

Super beautiful, relaxing place/setting, although the hotel was full it was very quiet! Good breakfast! Kind staff. There are great activities to do there! Beautiful hikes all around. Quiet setting!Flat or negative point: cleanliness of the room was desired! Housekeeping not done! Sheets with holes! Dirty bathroom tiles (large traces of several fingerprints), greasy cooking plate (not washed), dirty cooking protection wall! Stain on armchairs as well as chair backs. Damaged furniture! The armchairs were very dirty or even very damaged!There was no separation between the rooms on the balcony, this lacked privacy between the neighbors.You might want to change the silicone in the shower because it blackens over time.For a hotel it’s quite negative! The framework removes the negative things experienced!Wifi not powerful enough for a good connection. Not stable or not very powerful.The photos support my statements.Ok we came with a Wonderbox but hey cleanliness must be essential. For an extra night 130€ for the room space is well worth the price but there is a lot of work or things changed then.Some work is required to modernize the rooms so that the price displayed is in line with the location.Where is the free bottle of water promised on the sign placed on the table?Too bad because it could make us want to come back soon or even recommend it to our respective families or friends, but mishaps don't make us want to!
