We felt very comfortable. Family and friendly.Unfortunately the management has now changed. As an artist and entertainer, I found my visitors so beautiful back then that, despite my retirement, I offered to be active there again. Ultimately, I met dozens of other Berliners in subsequent years who were happy about my presence in the camp.It didn't come about at the moment when it was clear that we should now work for free. So club. No problem. But now I'm writing after the summer I could imagine tackling it next year (knowing about the voluntary arrangement).Instead of simply acknowledging this, the new management had to write to me: “We won’t be paying any fees next year either. Please delete my number”.As an artist you are often disrespected or treated in a derogatory manner by rich people. But from elbow camp? It's very sad. My approach to the topic of feasibility probably led to a copulation I would beg for money or look for income!!!People see others through their own glasses. But it's a shame. It's a shame for such a great spirit back then.

A very nice campsite located on a lake. The campsite is nicely run and there is a cafe and a small organic shop. The surroundings are fantastic.

A very nice campsite that is run with dedication. There are some long-term campers, but they mainly spend the night in tents and camper vans. Almost all of the sites are located under tall pine trees. There are shady and sunny areas on the tent meadows. The parking spaces behind the sanitary building are rightly not so popular. There are great cycle paths through the forests, for example to Stechlinsee or to Fürstenberg, but you have to find them, otherwise you'll cycle on sandy, bumpy paths.Swimming, SUP, canoeing, hiking - everything is very possible from here.

Unfortunately, we were turned away when we arrived in the evening because we had a dog with us, which is unfortunately not what I understand by "nature campsite", especially since water hikers have a maximum of one night's stay.It was the first campsite on the lake district where we experienced this. It's a shame, but the Havelperle, which is not far away, is highly recommended for dog owners.
