Luxurious hotel. Lots of rooms, so there's a lot of hustle and bustle at the breakfast buffet in the morning. The service is still very good because everything is almost always refilled straight away. Unfortunately, sometimes the other guests are the problem. How wasteful they are with food and leave the table leaving so much that wasn't eaten because it's included in the price. I feel sorry for the service that I have to see every day. A big thank you to all the people who work there and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The bar was also great, the cocktails were so well prepared that they tasted great... The tapas in the restaurant were also very tasty. We really liked it in the hotel. The parking fees for one parking space per day are far too high.

Great hotel! All the employees were super friendly and helpful! Definitely 11 out of 10 stars for this. Both rooms were spacious and clean! The view of the Baltic Sea was a dream and the weather was fantastic. Top holiday!

Nice, well-kept hotel, but unfortunately with poor service. In the in-house bar it can take 30 minutes from arrival to receiving your drink. At breakfast you wait at dirty tables until they are cleared away (leftover food is often swept onto the carpet when cleared). It's a shame about the beautiful hotel

The toilet was very dirty (vomit ran down the edge). I asked for cleaning several times.Nothing happened and nothing was said about it.There was no apology or no accommodation for this. Absolutely disgusting. The pictures were known to the reception.If something like this happens, the least you can do is clean the toilet immediately.Here you just get soggy and nothing happens.There were no bathrobes for the spa area when we checked in, the staff was extremely annoyed with the guests and very rude and unfriendly. Complaints are not welcome here. I had asked for bathrobes to be put in our room or for large bath towels to be brought (you have to run around and get them yourself). When I asked why these weren't already in the room upon arrival, the lady at the reception got very angry and explained to me that each hotel was allowed to decide for itself. Problem: there was no bathrobe during our entire stay and you had to wear your street clothes to the spa area and change there. This is not how you imagine your vacation to be.There was no interest in a solution; the hotel guests have to find it themselves. At our insistence there was a voucher for a beer at the bar.Our shower was cold the first day.Luckily it worked on the second day.Unfortunately the breakfast was also a disappointment! Sticky baked rolls, only 3 types of cheese, the cucumbers and tomatoes are right next to the fish, so they are full of pieces of fish and the forks were also full of leftover fish - not edible for vegetarians. Overall, more of a train station feeling at breakfast.We're definitely not coming back - cleanliness is just too important to me.

During our short trip to Timmendorf we didn't miss anything in this hotel. The hotel was completely renovated a few years ago and it shows. The entire interior is a true dream. Nothing is missing from the breakfast buffet! A massage in the in-house wellness area is also highly recommended. Only the outer facade could be renewed, as the outside is a bit intimidating.We'll be back!

We really liked it. The staff are very helpful, the pool is actually as big as it looks in the pictures and the rooms are spacious and clean. Only the breakfast was very overcrowded, I can't imagine how crowded it is during the high season.

Modernized hotel in a good location. Elegant, large rooms. Nice pool. Of course you have to make compromises during the holidays (full breakfast room, children screaming in the pool in the morning, in the sauna in the evening), but the hotel can't help it! I actually found it annoying that there were motion detectors installed next to the bedside tables, but they often went on independently and then illuminated the room at night.

The hotel has the very best location.There is a great view on the higher floors.By pool, I don't mean a small puddle, but a 25m pool.Indoor and outdoor tennis. Bowling alley, billiards, darts, pinball, a room with 5 game consoles, fitness room... so everything is there for entertainment.The room looks good. The beds themselves are fine, but not the covering, which was pulled completely off and into a ball under itself by turning it twice. Our closet lights didn't turn off either and blinded us while we slept. In the bathroom, an indirect light under the sink was broken, so the sensor switched every minute, which was very annoying. Reported to reception, nothing happened. That reduces the satisfaction, which was huge. Gladly again.

Today, October 17th. There are notices in many places stating that warm water is not allowed to be used from the 10th to the 19th floor until further notice. There is no explanation for this, although there were problems with the water in the days before

👍All in all everything was good, the hotel is very modern, the rooms are large. I would recommend adding a note when booking that you don't want a room on the ground floor, otherwise you will hear the bowling alley until 10pm. The location of the hotel is central and high up, you should be able to walk easily. The breakfast buffet was very chaotic, but there is something for everyone. The staff was always friendly.👎A lady from the breakfast staff was very unfriendly. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the pool area, it was very cold and the water temperature was too cold for autumn, certainly pleasant in summer but just far too cold for autumn, so we only used it once, also to relax cold, otherwise you'll catch a cold after swimming. The light in our bathroom didn't work properly. Only one elevator worked at a time.
