The location of the hotel in the Thuringian Forest is top. The hotel's food offerings are also good. You have to pay for every type of alcoholic drink. The staff is very accommodating. The guests in the hotel are almost all snobs and very artificial. There is a lot of emphasis on appearance and brand symbols and the facial expressions are ice cold. We, the Wolf family, were allowed to stay in your house for a few days. Our anticipation was great and we can only give feedback as a guest. We have had some positive and noteworthy experiences. These are, among other things,⁃ The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating.⁃ There is homemade porridge food for the little ones⁃ The food selection is very generous and well prepared⁃ Care is very well organizedUnfortunately, we also noticed some unpleasant incidents,⁃ Pool use only until 8 p.m⁃ The slides cannot be used continuously⁃ There is a strong smell of urine in the large pool inside⁃ The side shelves at our seat are very dusty⁃ Toilet doors sometimes attracted a lot of static dust, especially the inner surfaces and hinges⁃ Toilets are not really usable for small children, the little ones can't reach the dispensers or the wipes. There is a mobile soap dispenser, but the problem with the towels remains -> a kick could help⁃ The drink dispensers are also out of reach for many children⁃ The blower from the bouncy castle makes an annoying noise all day long -> switch to air cushions if necessary.⁃ A slide at the Owl Tower is almost not used because it is too steep and therefore rather unattractive for many children⁃ A relatively large piece of foil is visible at the pond with the raft⁃ A metal rod is visible somewhere on the ground on the bouncy castle⁃ The animal enclosure is too small for the size and number of animals. In addition, the location of the enclosure is rather suboptimal⁃ The play area outside was set up very carelessly, no roof, no shade, so it can only be used to a limited extent⁃ The spacious terrace is a large concrete block, little planting and, if in large containers, very puny plants⁃ Here, too, there is no sun or wind protection for the play areas on the terrace⁃ No living hedges or colorful flowering plants, so everything is open and unprotected⁃ Inside mostly plastic flowers⁃ No refrigerators with bottled drinks⁃ All alcoholic drinks are subject to payment⁃ No fridge with different types of milk freely accessible in the evenings⁃ Little storage space inside and outside for bottles, shoes, clothes⁃ Inside, the playrooms are very small, with a lot of space in a very small spaceTo us the whole thing still seems very “lost”, “undone”, unfinished. Something is missing, the system seems very stiff and sterile, which creates a cool atmosphere. For us it is a project that is still in development and has a lot of potential. Our impression is that it has not yet been fully thought out and certainly still needs some improvements. We don't see a common thread. An adventure playground would definitely be a good idea, a tree house or a summer toboggan run. Slopes for pneumatic tires would also be conceivable. A water playground, mud kitchen, sandpit and vehicle fleet would definitely be great.Overall, unfortunately nothing special, the question of luxury remains open for us. Price-performance doesn't suit us here.We had this inconsistent feeling at the very beginning and unfortunately it didn't change during the course of our stay.
